Nie Hui handed his business card to Yang Chengze.
"If your little one is interested in the piano, you can call me here. I welcome you to come and learn the piano anytime."
Nie Hui's attitude was more approachable than Ai Xin and Bei Bei had ever seen before.
This piano master has a cold personality. It took her a lot of trouble and even a little kid to get her to teach Beibei to play the piano.
But now, Tuantuan has conquered this difficult master with just one piece of music?
That's absolutely infuriating!
Nie Hui was afraid that Yang Chengze would refuse, and he didn't want to hear the little dumpling say that he didn't want to learn, so he stuffed the business card into Yang Chengze's hand and left quickly.
Beibei & Aixin: "?"
Yang Chengze put the business card in his pocket, hugged the baby, and smiled, radiating pride from within.
There's nothing he can do; his sister is just that outstanding.
"Tuantuan, how about your big brother buys you a piano so you can pass the time when you're bored?"
Looking at Beibei's piano, Tuantuan thought about the joy she felt when playing it, and realized she seemed to like the piano quite a bit too.
"Big brother, can you buy Tuantuan a sparkly piano?" The little dumpling likes shiny things.
Yang Chengze readily agreed, his tone doting and gentle as he stroked Tuantuan's soft hair, saying, "Of course, as long as it's something Tuantuan likes, your big brother can make it happen for you. When I get back, I'll give you a black card, and you can use it to buy whatever you want."
"Thank you, big brother. You're the best to Tuantuan!" The little dumpling smiled, her grape-like eyes crinkling, her bright eyes shining like dazzling gems.
Beibei and Aixin sat to one side, watching Yang Chengze and Tuantuan interact, and they both felt a surge of hatred.
It's all Tuantuan's fault!
If it weren't for the return of the little dumpling, Beibei wouldn't have fallen out of favor, and Nie Hui wouldn't have focused his attention on Tuantuan!
Beibei felt envious and jealous of Tuantuan, because Tuantuan had stolen the spotlight from her since she returned.
Now that we're at her house, she's still showing off. It's all Tuantuan's fault!
Ai Xin remained calm as she stepped forward, took Tuan Tuan's little hand, and said in a gentle and caring voice, "Tuan Tuan, come and let Auntie hold you. When you were born, Auntie held you, and you were so small and soft. You've suffered these past two years. It must be because your sister in heaven is watching over you that we were able to find you."
The little dumpling opened its arms and went from Yang Chengze's embrace to Ai Xin's.
The little dumpling grabbed Ai Xin's right hand with both of its tiny hands, startling Ai Xin.
What is this child doing?
"Auntie, do you really miss Tuantuan that much?" Tuantuan's round eyes were full of curiosity, and she looked at Ai Xin with an unusually serious tone.
Ai Xin: "..."
Of course it's fake!
She'd love for Tuantuan to die out there!
Ai Xin looked concerned and said with genuine emotion, "Of course, Tuantuan, I'm your aunt, and I'm your mother's sister. I've always treated you like my own child. Tuantuan, even though your mother is gone, you still have me."
Beibei chimed in, "Yes, Tuantuan, my mom loves you very much. After you went missing, she couldn't sleep at night. Sometimes when I woke up at night, I would see her secretly crying while holding your picture."
Tuantuan blinked her big, watery eyes at Aixin and asked in a childish voice, "So, do you want to marry my dad and be my mom?"
Ai Xin: "!!"
How could this child have spoken her mind!
Ai Xin didn't know how to answer for a moment.
Yang Chengze secretly wanted to give the little dumpling a thumbs up; an unintentional blow is the most devastating!
The little dumpling asked again, "Auntie, you probably don't want to marry my dad, right?"
Ai Xin bit her back teeth so hard they almost broke, before she smiled and said, "No..."
"Oh, so you didn't want to marry my father."
Ai Xin: "..."
Ai Xin was stumped for the first time by a three-and-a-half-year-old who was easy to manipulate; she was completely controlled by a child.
How is she supposed to answer that question?
Does she want to marry Yang Jinchuan, or not?
Suddenly, the little dumpling said very seriously, "Auntie, so you're not Tuantuan's mom. Tuantuan's mom went to heaven, and you're still standing right in front of Tuantuan."
The little dumpling broke free from Ai Xin's embrace and returned to Yang Chengze's arms, snuggling close to her older brother. Her watery eyes instantly dimmed, as if all the starlight in the sky had vanished in an instant.
Yang Chengze held his younger sister, feeling sorry for her.
Having lost her mother at a young age, Tuantuan had never truly experienced maternal love. Her pitiful appearance sharpened Yang Chengze's gaze.
He glanced at Ai Xin as if she were the one who started it all.
Ai Xin: "!!" What does this have to do with her?!
Ai Xin forced a smile: "Tuantuan, don't be too sad. Your aunt will love you just like your mother will."
Yang Chengze glanced at Ai Xin with a sharp look in his eyes, his voice cold and piercing: "A few days ago, Master Gu came to my house and said that the ashes in my mother's grave were not hers."
"What!" Ai Xin panicked completely.
Why would the Yang family suddenly hire Master Gu to inspect the grave? Who is behind all this?
Ai Xin composed herself, afraid that she might reveal any inappropriate emotions.
"How could this be? We were all there during the burial, watching my sister's ashes being laid to rest. Chengze, is there some misunderstanding?"
Yang Chengze's expression was cold: "Master Gu's words are not false, which is why I came to ask Aunt Ai if you encountered anything or anyone strange on the day my mother was buried."
"No, I was with you the whole time. I was feeling down that day and didn't notice anything amiss."
Ai Xin looked anxious and asked impatiently, "What do we do now? Has Master Gu found out where my sister's ashes were taken?"
Yang Chengze coldly replied, "No, Master Gu can't figure it out."
Ai Xin breathed a sigh of relief, but was still very anxious: "Then it would be better to find out as soon as possible."
Seeing that Ai Xin didn't mention the other matter, Yang Chengze took the initiative to speak up: "My mother told me something before she passed away. She left a bracelet for Tuantuan that you have. Now that Tuantuan is back, shouldn't the bracelet be returned to its rightful owner?"
Ai Xin was taken aback, clearly not expecting Yang Chengze to say such a thing.
She's had the bracelet on her wrist for two years, but she still hasn't been able to figure out its secret.
She's unwilling to give it to Tuantuan now.
Yang Chengze immediately saw through Ai Xin's true colors and pressed her directly, "Aunt Ai, you wouldn't be thinking of taking her for yourself, would you?"
The little dumpling looked at Ai Xin and asked sweetly, "Auntie, what kind of bracelet is it?"
Ai Xin forced a smile and said, "How could I take it for myself? It's a keepsake my sister left for Tuantuan. I've always kept it carefully. It's upstairs. I'm giving it to her now."
Ai Xin reluctantly stood up, went up to the second floor, and took down a bracelet.
It's one, not a pair.
