Yun Ningyan didn't know what was wrong with her. It would be a lie to say she wasn't upset when she saw that scene, but on the way back, she had already figured it out. Judging from Huo Junshan's expression at the time, he wasn't interested in that woman.
She's really funny; she doesn't even use her brain to think.
Seeing Huo Junshan's tense expression, she chuckled.
"Yanyan, you're not angry anymore?" he asked excitedly.
Yun Ningyan nodded. "Yes, I'm not angry."
The two then realized how tightly they were hugging. Huo Junshan held her in his arms, and his nervousness vanished instantly. He could now clearly feel the girl's warm body temperature.
The tips of his ears turned red.
His body trembled slightly, and waves of heat in his lower abdomen assaulted his reason.
Yun Ningyan felt the change beneath him, and her face flushed, but she didn't indulge him. She nimbly got off him and poured him a glass of water. "Have some water."
Huo Junshan closed his eyes helplessly, trying to suppress the heat. After drinking the water in his cup, he felt much better.
After the two calmed down, Huo Junshan said, "Yanyan, that person is my sister-in-law's cousin. I don't know why she came. My sister-in-law mentioned her to me before, but I didn't agree. I really don't remember her. I just remembered her."
Yun Ningyan nodded. It seemed that someone in the Huo family didn't want her to get too close to Huo Junshan and was deliberately trying to make things difficult for her.
Huo Junshan added, "If anyone tells you anything, don't believe them. I've never had anything with any other girl, only you."
