The woman watched them intently examining the house and couldn't help but feel a little suspicious.
"Are you really here to buy a house?"
Yun Ningyan nodded: "Of course it's true, otherwise why would we be here?"
The man smiled somewhat awkwardly: "To be honest, something happened in my family, otherwise we would never have sold this house under any circumstances."
Yun Ningyan looked at her: "How much do you want to sell it for?"

The woman was also helpless; everyone who came to inquire about the house complained that it was too expensive.

Huo Junshan nodded seriously: "Yes, but a little smaller than this one."

He locked the door and led them to two other courtyard houses.
The other two buildings are also on this street, but they are separated by two households.

Huo Junshan just smiled and didn't say anything.
He knew what Yan Yan meant; she wanted to buy both of those houses so they would be connected.
Several people went to see the other two courtyards.
One of them has a layout that is basically the same as the first one.
The other one is right next to it, but it seems to be a little smaller.
Yun Ningyan nodded, then looked at Huo Junshan, who nodded slightly back at her.
Yun Ningyan smiled and looked at the older woman.
"Sister, you're selling this house?"
The woman nodded: "Our family won't be living here anymore, so we're selling everything."
Yun Ningyan thought for a moment and said, "Okay, but I don't really like that one because it's a bit small. I think it's too small and not suitable."
The older woman was clearly getting anxious.
If they could be sold together, she wouldn't have any trouble.
I'm here every day, waiting and watching, and I'm really anxious.
They also had to live in fear.
The older woman said anxiously, "Then, young lady, I can give you a discount. If you want to buy them, just buy them together!"
Yun Ningyan forced a smile: "Big sister, let's discuss it and come find you again later?"

The older sister went back inside and came out smiling with the property certificate and paperwork shortly after.
“We agree. We’re selling it to you for a pittance of 20,000 yuan.”

When are you coming to collect the house?
Yun Ningyan asked with a smile, "Since it's convenient for you, you can pack up. It'll only take two or three days. We're not in a hurry."
