The two rested on the steps of the tomb for a long time before getting up to leave.
As soon as I reached that corner, the sculptures that had been standing around me suddenly started moving.
Qin Qianluo and An Yue instantly became alert, their eyes fixed on the sculptures.
The sculptures seemed to come alive, holding swords and taking heavy steps as they approached them.
Qin Qianlu frowned, her mind filled with doubt. They hadn't touched anything, so how had these sculptures been triggered?
And why did it suddenly start moving as soon as we got to this corner, after sitting there for so long without making a sound? Is this ancient tomb one that can only be entered but not exited?
Qin Qianluo looked at the tightly closed tomb door, gritted her teeth, and decided to take a gamble. She gave An Yue a wink, and the two immediately ran towards the tomb door to find the mechanism.
The moment they ran past, the sculpture's movements noticeably quickened, rapidly approaching them.
Dark Moon's eyes were resolute as she ran, searching for the mechanism. At the critical moment, she finally found it and quickly opened the tomb door.
Without hesitation, the two rushed out, with the sculpture in hot pursuit, its speed increasing rapidly.
Dark Moon glanced back, then scooped up Qin Qianluo and used her lightness skill to sprint forward at top speed.
Before reaching the next burial chamber, the sculptures suddenly stopped, then resumed their slow movements and walked in the original direction.
The two women breathed a sigh of relief and plopped down on the ground. Recalling the harrowing experience, they were still shaken. After resting for a while, they began to examine the tomb chamber.
This tomb is enormous in scale, no less impressive than the tomb in Yaoguang.
The entire tomb chamber was exceptionally magnificent, with walls inlaid with various exquisite gemstones and floors paved with smooth marble.
In the center of the tomb chamber was an exceptionally exquisite coffin, surrounded by numerous sculptures.
Looking at the sculptures, Qin Qianluo couldn't help but feel a headache coming on. Did she have to keep running?
She carefully observed the sculptures and found that although they were still, they seemed ready to launch an attack at any moment.
Dark Moon also felt a bit of a headache, not expecting to encounter such a situation.
She pondered for a moment and said, "Qianluo, let Lingxue come out. She has good lightness skills and can be faster."
Qin Qianluo nodded, then immediately flashed into the space and found Ling Xue, who was training. Seeing Qin Qianluo enter, Ling Xue asked with a puzzled look, "What's wrong?"
Qin Qianluo briefly explained the situation, and Ling Xue followed Qin Qianluo out of the space.
Ling Xue was surprised when she saw the contents of the tomb. An Yue explained it to her, and Ling Xue finally understood.
She sat down next to Qin Qianluo, who rested while observing the tomb chamber. Finally, she discovered an inconspicuous little door.
Qin Qianluo pointed to the small door and said, "The exit should be there. We need to hurry."
An Yue and Ling Xue looked in the direction Qin Qianluo was pointing and nodded. After resting for a while, the three of them walked towards the small door.
As soon as they approached the small door, the sculpture began to move. The three quickly split up to find the mechanism, and soon found it to open the small door.
Ling Xue scooped up Qin Qianluo in her arms and leaped forward, with An Yue close behind.
Dark Moon occasionally looked back at the sculptures and noticed that these sculptures were moving faster than the previous one.
She secretly rejoiced that she had brought Ling Xue out with her; otherwise, with Qin Qianluo by her side, the sculpture might have caught up with her.
They arrived at the entrance to the next tomb chamber without any major incidents. The three of them sat together, preparing to rest for a while before entering the tomb.
Qin Qianluo, An Yue, and Ling Xue rested quietly outside the tomb for a long time before slowly getting up and gently pushing open the tomb door.
I had expected to see more sculptures, but all I saw was emptiness.
In the center of the tomb chamber was a table, on which sat a sword rack a fiery red sword.
The sword exuded a scorching heat, as if it were burning with raging flames, making it a perfect match for Yao Guang's sword.
A piece of silk was also laid on the table, shimmering softly in the dim light.
Qin Qianluo, An Yue, and Ling Xue exchanged glances, each sensing the wariness and curiosity in the other's heart.
They carefully separated and searched the tomb chamber. Qin Qianluo's gaze swept across the walls, not missing a single detail, trying to find clues to other exits.
However, she did not find any doors leading to other places this time, so it seemed that this was the last tomb chamber.
The three of them stopped ten steps away from the table. Qin Qianluo was about to ask Feng Qingyun how to proceed when she realized she had lost contact with him.
She tried to enter the space, but nothing happened. Qin Qianluo frowned, her heart filled with unease.
Before entering, because we did not expect this situation to occur, and because the overall layout of the tomb was not yet completed, we did not take out the topographical map of the tomb.
Unable to contact Feng Qingyun, she felt extremely anxious, and various possible scenarios kept flashing through her mind.
At this moment, Feng Qingyun in the space was also nervously trying to contact Qin Qianluo.
She watched as the once bright light screen suddenly turned pitch black, her heart filled with doubt.
She tried various methods to locate Qin Qianluo, but all her efforts were in vain.
Feng Qingyun was extremely anxious and rushed to find Ling Wei. Ling Wei, upon learning that she couldn't contact her master, showed a worried expression.
She stared at the dark screen, a sense of unease rising within her. Hearing the sound, Qianchao and the others who were training stopped what they were doing and quickly left the training area.
