"Miss, would you like to buy a ticket?"
A scalper selling tickets holds a stack of high-speed rail tickets.
"Miss, don't go. Are all those people behind you relatives? The tickets at the window are sold out, but I still have more than enough for you. Let me count how many people there are, tens, hundreds, millions, and tens of thousands. Haha, just kidding, there are dozens of tickets in total, and I bought them all."
Ji Nianqin glanced at the ticket in the scalper's hand, then looked behind her. She was so happy, but when she asked the price, she found out that it was several times more expensive than what was sold at the window.
"I don't have that much money, can you make it cheaper?"
"So how many do you have?"
"I only have money for this one ticket."
"What? You're too poor to make such a big scene and bring so many people. I wouldn't have asked you if I had known."
When the scalper was about to leave, he met a policeman. He quickly took the money from Ji Nianqin's hand and left a ticket. However, his hand slipped and all the tickets fell to the ground. They were all snatched up by the ancient crowd behind Ji Nianqin in a few seconds. Now they are still struggling over who has the seat next to the window.
"How about I sit here?"
I thought I would be entering the high-speed train in a grand procession, but it turned out to be crowded.
"My fellow passengers at the back, please don't squeeze. There will be seats for everyone."
The young and pretty flight attendant was maintaining order. Those behind Ji Nianqin also sat down one after another, their eyes like crazy fans. They said to the people around them, "This modern girl is too iconic."
"Not really. There are still some fat and ugly ones. These are the best ones picked out."
The counselor looked at the woman sitting next to him and swallowed hard. He couldn't eat for several hours, but he saved a lot of money.
"Everyone, hold on a little longer. As long as you're on set, you'll be able to eat boxed lunches and survive."
Ji Nianqin stood up in the carriage, as if she was giving a speech on success, attracting a lot of attention from others.
"Hey, you're not the girl from the infomercial. I once bought a swimming ring from you, but it got stuck and I couldn't pull it out."
The fat woman pointed her finger at Ji Nianqin, as if asking her to pay compensation.
"That's normal. There are other guys on the show who are in the same situation as you, so they let me do the commercial. Don't buy the shoddy products they sell, especially the swim rings and bikinis. They're quite stretchy, but the shoulder straps open too easily, so they might be inappropriate for children once they're in the pool. Oh, and did anyone try the crayfish? They tasted pretty good, except for the weight."
What Ji Nianqin said made everyone think that she was very honest, but the counselor found a problem and said to the Sixth Prince beside him.
"Is this girl deliberately trying to kill us? If we hadn't strongly requested to go with her to the Hengdian filming crew, she would have taken us to the counterfeit product disposal site, and even said we could pick up a few that couldn't be burned cleanly. Isn't she just trying to put us in danger?"
The Sixth Prince slowly opened his eyes and looked at the crowd coming and going, where the flight attendants were maintaining order.
"Everyone sit down and prepare to drink something. We provide free boiled water."
"Give me a drink."
"I'll have one too."
Everyone's emotions gradually calmed down. No one pursued Ji Nianqin's responsibility. Instead, they all scrambled to drink water.
"We're here, look outside! It's so majestic. Is this Hengdian?"
"This is still the high-speed rail station. We haven't even left yet. Can you guys stop exaggerating?"
