When Manager Fang saw that the general manager hadn't responded for a while, he wanted to ask again, but was stopped by a warning look from the general manager.
Just then, Yunyang heard the commotion outside from inside the room, and she walked out with graceful steps.
She was still wearing her haute couture gown, the skirt swaying gracefully.
A hint of surprise flashed in her eyes when she saw Ye Yuhe and Chu Wuyang.
Then, a barely perceptible hint of disdain appeared at the corner of his mouth, and a fake, poised smile spread across his face as he said:
"They're really persistent. Oh well, I'm tired. I'm not trying anymore."
As she spoke, she casually turned her head, her gaze sweeping over the pile of goods that had been carefully packed for her by a specialist.
Those piles of fancy packaging bags and exquisite gift boxes were like medals of victory to her.
Her eyes were full of smugness, as if she were admiring her spoils.
Then, she slowly looked around the store, observing the new products that were almost all wrapped up.
Her eyes shone with even greater pride, as if the store had become her personal wardrobe.
She crossed her arms, leaned back slightly, and spoke slowly in an extremely casual tone, laced with a sickeningly hypocritical pity.
"Sorry, I bought too much."
"If you see anything you like, feel free to take it; consider it a gift from me."
As she spoke, she raised an eyebrow, her eyes filled with a defiant, eager look.
Ye Yuhe first frowned, then a cold laugh escaped her lips, a laugh full of disdain.
Her eyes burned with anger, her chest heaved violently, and she was about to speak to refute Yun Yang's words and vent her resentment.
Just then, Chu Wuyang calmly reached out and stopped her. His hand was fair and slender, yet it carried an undeniable strength.
Then, Chu Wuyang slowly stood up. Her delicate face was like a beautiful jade illuminated by the sun, exuding a cool and noble temperament.
His gaze was like two blazing flames, piercing straight through the air and staring directly at Yun Yang. The majesty in his eyes seemed to lower the temperature around him.
Chu Wuyang walked towards Yun Yang step by step, each step steady and powerful, as if carrying the weight of a thousand pounds.
The "tap-tap" sound of the high heels hitting the ground was like a war drum, striking the hearts of everyone present.
The powerful aura emanating from her swept outwards like a surging ocean wave.
Yun Yang unconsciously frowned, a hint of panic flashing in her eyes.
Chu Wuyang walked up to Yun Yang, slightly raised his head, and his gaze shot towards Yun Yang like lightning. His voice was calm, yet it carried an invisible pressure:
"So generous?"
Yun Yang snorted coldly.
She raised her chin, looking down at the surrounding waiters with an air of superiority and nonchalant indifference.
His eyes were full of smugness as he loudly proclaimed:
"I'm always this generous. If you like anything, feel free to pick and choose whatever you like, I'll give it to you! I'll pay!"
She spoke with great confidence, her voice echoing throughout the store, determined to overshadow Chu Wuyang.
As soon as Yun Yang said this, everyone in the store cheered.
The waiters, like hungry wolves eyeing fresh meat, gleamed with greed and showered Yunyang with compliments.
"Miss Yun is truly beautiful inside and out!"
"Miss Yun is so generous! She's practically an angel!"
Such remarks were heard repeatedly.
At this moment, Yunyang's vanity was greatly satisfied; she was like a proud peacock.
It flaunts its feathers and enjoys the adulation of the crowd.
A smug smile spread across her face, her eyes brimming with excitement—the feeling of being the center of attention.
It made her feel as if she were at the center of the world.
Just as she enjoys the feeling of being the center of attention as a star on stage, she is completely captivated by it.
Ye Yuhe stared blankly at the scene, her mouth slightly agape, her eyes filled with surprise.
Her father often scolded her for being idle and extravagant, saying that compared to Yun Yang, she was nothing.
In Ye Yuhe's opinion, her father was truly unsophisticated, while Yun Yang was the one who was "wasteful and extravagant"!
Her past actions were, at most, trivial matters.
Seeing Ye Yuhe staring blankly into space, Chu Wuyang smiled slightly, revealing a meaningful expression.
She reached out and gently pushed Ye Yuhe, teasingly saying:
"Stop spacing out, didn't you hear me?"
"Miss Yun is paying for everything! Why don't you go and choose what you like?"
As Chu Wuyang spoke, she pointed to the crowd of people swarming around the store like headless flies.
This is a five-story store! People are running around everywhere, all afraid of falling behind. It's a far cry from its usual understated luxury.
Indeed, it's rare to encounter such a treacherous person, and everyone is eager to make a fortune.
Chu Wuyang chuckled unconsciously, thinking to herself: Jing Min is the real scumbag.
However, that's not entirely true.
It shouldn't count now.
After all, it was she who made Jingmin stop Yunyang's card.
Chu Wuyang almost laughed; he was truly grateful to have married such a "virtuous wife."
Otherwise, Jing Min would be destined to be a victim of injustice. The incredibly wealthy CEO Jing would likely be devoured until not even bones remain.
Yunyang was lounging on the sofa, the most luxurious model in the store, its soft leather and exquisite carvings exuding prestige.
She surveyed the chaotic scene before her like a queen inspecting her own domain.
