Chapter 127 Horseback Encounter

The horse accelerated at an unusually high speed.

Jingmin, having taken a sip of coffee, saw Chu Wuyang approaching faster and faster.

He shook his head helplessly, but his face was full of doting pride as he murmured to himself:

"It's like trying to run before you can walk."

However, he wasn't too worried, because he had raised this horse before, and it was known for being docile, so he knew there wouldn't be any major problems.

Nevertheless, his gaze remained fixed on Chu Wuyang, always ready to deal with any unexpected situations that might arise.

Chu Wuyang, riding on horseback, was filled with panic. She gripped the reins tightly, trying to slow the horse down, but to no avail.

The horse seemed possessed by a demon, running wildly around the riding arena.

The horses kicked up clouds of dust with their hooves, and their neighing was sharp and terrifying, echoing throughout the entire riding arena.

Chu Wuyang's body jolted violently; her face was ashen, and her eyes were wide with terror.

His hands were red and raw from the reins, but he dared not loosen his grip even slightly, and could only cry out helplessly:

"Help! Jingmin!"

This unusual commotion finally caught the attention of Jingmin and all the staff.

Jing Min's face turned deathly pale instantly, and he rushed towards the horse without hesitation.

However, due to the distance, they could only watch helplessly as Chu Wuyang was in danger.

The staff members also gathered around, but they all looked embarrassed and didn't know what to do.

Just at this critical moment, a chestnut horse suddenly leaped out from the equestrian area next door.

The horse carried a woman dressed in a dark red riding outfit, which was well-tailored and showed off her slender yet powerful figure.

The exquisite gold buttons on her clothes shimmered brilliantly in the sunlight, complementing her long, black hair that flowed in the wind.

She wore a black equestrian mask, revealing only a pair of bright and determined eyes, like stars in the night.

Amidst the helplessness of the crowd, the woman unhesitatingly tightened her grip on the horse's flanks.

With a gentle flick of his whip, the chestnut horse charged toward Chu Wuyang like an arrow released from a bow.

She was agile and graceful, like a valiant female knight on horseback.

As she approached the frenzied horse, she calmly observed its condition, then shouted:

"Don't be afraid, I'm here to help you!"

She swiftly reached out and precisely grabbed the reins of Chu Wuyang's horse, pulling it forcefully to one side.

At the same time, he skillfully controlled his horse with both legs, putting it in a confrontation with the frenzied horse.

Her arms were bulging with veins from exerting force, but her eyes remained focused and determined.

Chu Wuyang stared at her, still shaken, her voice trembling: "Who are you?"

The woman turned her head slightly, her voice clear and resonant:

"Don't worry about me, stay calm!"

With the woman's strenuous efforts, the maddened horse was gradually brought under control, its speed slowed down, it began to spin in circles, and finally came to a stop.
