Jingmin was delighted by her quirky and mischievous appearance, his face beaming with smiles and his eyes filled with doting affection and indulgence.
He nodded silently to Chu Wuyang.
Looking at the tacit understanding between the two,
Yun Yang forced herself to suppress the slight bitterness rising in her heart.
He forced a generous smile, trying to keep his eyes calm and expressionless.
She gave a slight bow and said, neither servile nor arrogant:

No longer refusing, she mustered her courage and looked at Jing Min to make her request.
"I've heard Miss Chu say that Mr. Jing is quite skilled at horseback riding,"
"If it's possible, could I have a friendly spar with Mr. Jing on horseback?"
Her voice carried a hint of nervousness as she added...
"I haven't been able to find a suitable partner for my recent action scenes,"
"I would be extremely grateful if I could practice tandem horseback riding techniques with Mr. Jing."
In an instant, a sharp glint flashed in Jing Min's previously calm eyes.
He stared coldly at Yun Yang and refused without hesitation:
"no."
Those two brief words seemed to be squeezed out from between his teeth.
It seemed that Yunyang had made an extremely unreasonable request.
Seeing the atmosphere suddenly become tense, Chu Wuyang quickly smiled and tried to smooth things over:
"It's a horsemanship competition!"
"Why can't you do that?"
Her smile remained bright as she tried to defuse the awkward situation with a lighthearted tone.
However, after hearing Chu Wuyang's words, Jing Min turned to look at her.
His eyes were filled with disbelief, as if to say:
How could you agree to this so easily?
Seeing the man's lack of cooperation, Chu Wuyang felt inexplicably irritated.
