Chapter 150 Test

After being left out for a while, Yun Yang finally received a call from Chu Wuyang, asking her to go to the Jing family manor to practice horseback riding.

They were led into the equestrian arena by the servants early on, and were still quite a distance away.

Then they saw Jing Min dressed in a sharp suit, talking to Chu Wuyang with his head slightly lowered.

The two chatted and laughed, and the atmosphere was harmonious.

At this moment, another servant came over and interrupted them, pointing in the direction Yun Yang had come from.

It seems they were being informed that Yunyang had arrived.

The two men turned their gaze to Yun Yang, their smiles vanishing instantly.

It was as if the stop button had been pressed.

At this moment, Yun Yang was filled with curiosity and eager to know what they had just been talking about.

It was simply because she saw again the warm smile that had appeared on Jingmin's face that day.

That smile, like a magnet, deeply pierced her heart, causing an uncontrollable surge of jealousy within her.

How she wished that smile that could dispel the gloom would bloom only for her.

Before she even got close,

It seemed as if Jing Min was saying goodbye to Chu Wuyang.

She gently kissed Chu Wuyang's forehead, then strode past Yun Yang without looking to the side.

Yun Yang's body seemed to be pulled by invisible threads, and she unconsciously turned her head around.

But I only vaguely saw his cold profile in the fleeting moment of his departing figure.

"You're here? Have you had breakfast?"

Chu Wuyang's greeting rang out at this moment.

Yun Yang suddenly came to her senses and nodded.

Chu Wuyang gracefully mounted her horse, her movements agile and lithe. She gently spurred the horse's flanks.

With the reins firmly in her hands, the horse galloped across the field, carrying her on its back.

The horses' hooves kicked up clouds of dust, and the first rays of sunlight danced on their backs.

A moment later, she slowly pulled on the reins, letting the horse walk to Yun Yang.

Slightly out of breath, a blush rose to her cheeks, yet she still asked with an expectant expression:

"Don't you think I've made a lot of progress lately?"

Yun Yang merely raised her eyelids slightly, her gaze somewhat unfocused, and replied absentmindedly:

"Hmm, it's alright."

Her voice was flat and emotionless, and her eyes darted around.

It was as if nothing in front of her could arouse her interest.

Chu Wuyang looked at Yun Yang's listless appearance,

He simply threw down the riding whip and stopped practicing.

Actually, the purpose wasn't to practice this.

Her gaze slowly swept over the villa, her eyes seeming to hold a deeper meaning, and she spoke leisurely:

"Although he is not here at the moment, his eyes seem to be everywhere."

"This villa is full of his informants,"

"No matter how small the sound, it won't escape his eyes."

"So, I advise you to practice seriously, have a good attitude, and get to know that person."

As Chu Wuyang spoke, she slightly narrowed her eyes, as if deep in thought.

A meaningful smile lingered at the corner of his mouth.

Upon hearing this, Yun Yang's eyes widened in astonishment.

His mouth opened slightly, but he was momentarily speechless.

She just stared blankly at Chu Wuyang, unable to say a word.

Chu Wuyang chuckled softly twice, the laughter clear yet seemingly concealing countless secrets.

She reached out and casually fiddled with the still-steaming coffee cup that the maid had just brought over.

He said it in a half-joking tone:

"What, you don't believe me?"

She tilted her head slightly, her eyes carrying a hint of defiance.

"Why don't we give it a try!"

After saying that, she picked up her coffee cup and took a small sip.

She glanced at the time again, her slender fingers resting on the watch strap with an elegant and composed gesture.

Then, she quietly instructed the maid to bring Yun Yang a cup of coffee as well.

He sat casually to the side.

No rush,

She lowered her eyes slightly and quietly counted the time in a low voice.

It looked as if a very secret countdown was taking place.

Yun Yang, filled with doubt, couldn't help but ask:

What are you waiting for?

Her brows furrowed slightly, her eyes filled with confusion.

Chu Wuyang's lips curled into a mysterious smile as he whispered:

"Let him stay away long enough!"

Yun Yang became increasingly confused and pressed for an answer:

"What?"

Her eyes were wide open, her face full of curiosity.

Chu Wuyang simply smiled mysteriously, without answering, only saying:

You'll find out soon enough.

When the time was almost up, Chu Wuyang slowly got up and gracefully mounted her horse again.

She settled herself on the horse, gently patted its neck, and then spurred it forward slowly.

A moment later, she suddenly pulled the reins gently, her body tilted to one side, and she fell off the horse.

In fact, after a period of practice, she had become quite familiar with the horse.

This horse was extremely docile, so she deliberately threw it off.

I knew what I was doing; I just wanted to test that person's reaction.

In fact, even the oily skin wasn't scratched.

However, the others present were unaware of her intentions.

The servants were stunned at first, then gasped in surprise and ran towards Chu Wuyang with pale faces.

The security personnel also sprang into action, each looking tense and walking hurriedly.

Yun Yang stood rooted to the spot, momentarily unfazed by Chu Wuyang's sudden fall from his horse.

Instead, they were stunned by the sudden surge of people.

Her feet seemed to be nailed to the ground, unable to move, and her eyes were full of helplessness.

She watched as everyone gathered around Chu Wuyang, her heart filled with conflicting emotions.
