"Didn't I promise you I would reschedule with you?"
"Can you please calm down?"
"These things need to wait for the right time."
Chu Wuyang chuckled softly, her eyes darkening slightly, but her tone remained completely calm:
"No need for all that trouble, there's a ready-made opportunity right in front of you."
Yun Yang paused for a moment, then asked in confusion:
"What's the meaning?"
Chu Wuyang's voice was soft and gentle, with a hint of seduction:
"Jingmin went on a temporary business trip to Thailand."
"I'll send you his exact address in a bit. You follow him closely, pretend to bump into him by chance, and then take the initiative... When the time is right, lay your cards on the table and force him to confess."
There was a few seconds of silence on the other end of the phone.
Yun Yang's tone was somewhat unusual, as if she was weighing something, or perhaps secretly testing the waters:
"This is indeed a good opportunity...if I can completely win his heart this time,"
"Are you really not regretting it at all?"
Chu Wuyang's fingers tightened slightly, his eyes deep and unfathomable. He then chuckled softly and said without hesitation:
"Won't!"
On the other end of the phone, Yun Yang seemed to sigh softly, or perhaps chuckle, and said slowly:
"Okay, send me the address."
She paused, then added, as if casually,
"It just so happens that I have an advertisement to shoot in Thailand... It's a coincidence, so it's reasonable."
The moment the phone call ended,
Chu Wuyang stared at the darkened screen, a faint smile slowly curving his lips.
Reasonable?
Maybe.
