"Do you have a grudge against me?"

Rong Fu turned her head away coldly, remaining silent, her face full of resentment.

She glared at Zhou Chen with hostility and questioned him in a rude tone.

Why are you here?

Zhou Chen waved his phone, his tone still not calm.

"I've installed a location tracking app on your phone. I'll know your location as long as you turn it on!"

Rong Fu's expression changed, and she spat out a curse.

"mean!"

Zhou Chen didn't seem to care; a nonchalant smile even played on his lips.

He walked over and tried to push Li Yan, who was still restraining Rong Fu, away.

He just rummaged around in it a couple of times.

They then discovered that the muscular Li Yan was as firm as an iron clamp, completely still.

Zhou Chen's eye twitched, he glared at Li Yan, and muttered a curse.

"You blockhead, let go!"

Li Yan turned his head to look at Jing Min, awaiting instructions.

Jingmin waved his hand impatiently.

"Let her go!"

Having received instructions, Li Yan released his grip, but his eyes remained warily fixed on Rong Fu.

Zhou Chen tenderly rubbed Rong Fu's wrist, which had been pinched red, but she didn't appreciate it at all and shook it off.

Zhou Chen sighed softly, a mixture of self-deprecation and relief in his voice.

"I knew you'd come looking for Jingmin. I thought you were coming to throw yourself at me, but you just pounced on me like a pounce..."

Jingmin, standing to the side, interrupted impatiently.

"Take your dating advice elsewhere."

"Explain what she means by that first?"

Jing Min knew how difficult it was to win Zhou Chen's heart; he tried everything, from gentle persuasion to force, but to no avail. That was none of his business.

But murder is a serious matter, and he hadn't missed the murderous intent in the woman's eyes just now—intense intent to kill him.
