Chapter 276 Jing Min's Shamelessness

The sun was shining brightly on the island, and a gentle breeze rustled through the garden.

Flamingos strolled lazily along the edge of the pond, occasionally flapping their wings and splashing water.

The parasol cast dappled shadows.

Chu Wuyang leaned back in a rattan recliner.

Wearing large sunglasses, her fair and slender neck was slightly raised.

She rested her chin on her hand, casually flipping through the pastries beside her with the other.

Occasionally, I would pick up a piece and put it in my mouth.

He then casually tossed it to the flamingo beside him.

A glass of iced drink is refreshing and comforting.

Through her sunglasses, she glanced at the man crouching in the flower bushes not far away.

Jingmin rolled up his sleeves and knelt on one knee in the mud.

Listening intently to the flower grower's explanation, they meticulously pruned the flower branches and removed withered leaves.

They are even trying to graft seedlings.

The flower grower stood by, nervous and at a loss.

I opened my mouth several times to suggest that he should do it.

How can the employer be expected to take the lead while the employees stand by and watch helplessly?

But Jingmin's attitude was firm.

He was only allowed to give instructions from the sidelines.

He dared not disobey.

Let's just pretend we don't understand the peculiar habits of rich people.

I gritted my teeth and began explaining and guiding from the sidelines.

The scissors snapped shut.

Branches fell to the ground.

The scissors slipped and accidentally pierced the wound on Jingmin's left hand between his thumb and forefinger.

Bright red blood quickly soaked through the gauze and seeped out between his fingers, dripping into the soil.

The flower grower turned pale with fright and hurriedly shouted...

"Mr. Jing, are you alright?"

He looked anxiously at Jing Min's bandage, which was already soaked with blood, and the fine scratches made by the branches.

She advised him in a tone as if she were about to cry.

"Let me do it,"

"You're not used to this kind of rough work, be careful not to hurt yourself."

Jing Min seemed not to hear, looking down at his hands covered in fine cuts.

He sighed softly.

He twirled a tender leaf between his fingers, his fingertips brushing against the cut flesh, the stinging sensation making him frown.

He turned his head and looked.

Not far away, Chu Wuyang was feeding the flamingos by herself, looking completely nonchalant.

They didn't even glance over!

A week has passed.

Ever since the day he unilaterally decided to remove her tattoo, Chu Wuyang has given him the cold shoulder.

No matter what he does

She maintained a cold expression throughout.

He tried to win her over with her favorite pastries, the finest perfumes, and jewelry.

Even her favorite French red wine was air-freighted from its country of origin.

But she only glanced at it indifferently, not even bothering to lift a finger.

That night, she even threw a pillow at his face and told him to go sleep on the sofa.

It was yesterday,

The florist continued to deliver fresh flowers to the villa every day as usual.

Looking at the hardworking flower farmers, she casually remarked...

"Growing flowers is really hard work!"

After all, the two had been giving each other the cold shoulder a while ago, and she had experienced that when she was bored.

Upon hearing her speak, regardless of whether she was addressing him or not, Jing Min naturally echoed her.

Chu Wuyang glanced at him with a cold smile.

"Someone in a high position like you wouldn't understand the hardship of these manual labors."

After saying that, she turned her head away and ignored him.

Jing Min was inexplicably rebuffed, but dared not get angry.

He naturally knew what she had done in the past few days.

It's just planting flowers!

Looking at the fresh flowers she was holding, I blurted out, almost without thinking.

"You like it that much? Then I'll plant it for you myself?"

Chu Wuyang snorted coldly and ignored him.

Since I've already said it, I'm going to do it anyway. The purpose is to let her vent her anger.

It would be even better if I could make her happy.

That's why we had the scene earlier where Jingmin was planting flowers.

Chu Wuyang naturally lay there and acted as the supervisor.

Jing Min straightened up and gave Chu Wuyang a deep look.

She still didn't look at him.

Her slender fingers held a small cookie.

He casually tossed it towards the flock of flamingos, a faint hint of annoyance playing on his lips.

He tossed the tools back to the flower grower.

He took the damp towel from the maid and carefully wiped his fingers, which were covered in dirt and blood.

The movements were neither hurried nor slow.

His gaze never left the woman not far away from the beginning.

After feeding the birds, Chu Wuyang remained lazily reclining on the chair, her body sinking into the soft cushions.

Her long legs were crossed, and a gentle breeze caressed her fair ankles.

Sunglasses obscured his eyes, making it difficult to discern his emotions.

Her lips were slightly pursed.

His fingertips listlessly fiddled with the empty glass beside him, occasionally tapping the edge of the chair lightly.

Seemingly lazy and casual, but actually carrying a hint of impatience.

In short, I'm unhappy.

After wiping his hands, Jing Min casually tossed the wet towel to the maid and walked towards her.

The sunlight cast a long shadow of his, which fell upon her, creating a soft shading.

Chu Wuyang frowned slightly.

After a few seconds, that little mouth finally lost its patience and opened with a complaint.

"You're blocking my sun."

Jing Min looked down at her, a helpless smile tugging at the corners of his lips.

"You've been in the sun too long, you'll feel uncomfortable soon. Shall I carry you back inside?"

The woman ignored him, as if she hadn't heard a word he said.

With a slight shift in his body, he lazily changed his posture.

She turned her back to him and simply turned to the side.

Jingmin bent down, picked up a thin blanket from the side, and covered her with it, then whispered a reminder.

"It's time to change your dressing."
