Chu Wuyang said
"Okay, I'll hang up now."
He hung up without waiting for a reply.
After hanging up the phone, the group released Yunyang, who, still groggy, reached out to Chu Wuyang.
The latter dodged, only to find that her gaze remained fixed on the phone in her hand.

It was obvious that Jing Min already knew who was on the other end of the phone, but he didn't hang up.

After waiting for about twenty seconds, Jing Min spoke again.
"Yangyang, are you there? Li Yan said you're not in your room. Sweetie, if you are, say something. Don't worry me."
It seems that the quiet twenty-odd seconds just now were spent contacting Li Yan to confirm.
Chu Wuyang remained silent throughout, while Yun Yang continued talking to herself, mentioning things like not being able to contact him and missing him.
She even cried and apologized later.
Chu Wuyang looked at Ye Yuhe questioningly, as if to say, "Did you record everything?"
After receiving an affirmative answer from the latter, she looked at Yun Yang, who was still holding the phone and crying, her eyes narrowing into slits.

Jing Min spoke in a low, menacing tone, threateningly.

This seemingly caring tone did not move Chu Wuyang in the slightest.
Conversely, this also confirms that he and Yun Yang did indeed have a secret relationship.
They just really had a falling out.
Chu Wuyang and Ye Yuhe exchanged glances, then Chu Wuyang handed the phone back to Yun Yang.
The man's cold voice on the phone was still urging them on.
Yunyang withdrew her outstretched hand, looking terrified. Tears streamed down her face, her cheeks were flushed, and her eyes were glazed.

The person on the phone seemed to have reached their limit, and the call was hung up on.
Hearing the call get disconnected, Yunyang finally stopped rambling.
