Miss you
Xia Tangyue was stunned. The smell of cigarettes made her feel uncomfortable. She wrinkled her nose. After knowing Wen Zheng for so long, this was the first time she saw him smoking.
Wen Zheng gripped her wrist tightly.
"Where have you been and why are you home so late?"
"Did you date that Qin guy?"
"How did you meet? What do you do?"
After three questions in a row, Xia Tangyue couldn't answer a single word with his innocent eyes open.
Wen Zheng stared at her, opened the passenger door with one hand and carried her in.
"Where are you taking me?" Xia Tangyue asked hurriedly. Wen Zheng started the car with a cold face.
"go home."
"But my home is right here..." Xia Tangyue's voice became smaller and smaller. Wen Zheng's lips were pursed into a cold and hard straight line, his jaw was extremely taut, and his knuckles were pinching the steering wheel until they turned blue and white. Even the cold air circulating in the machine seemed to be covered with frost, making it hard to breathe. Xia Tangyue wanted to speak several times but didn't dare to.
It's over.
It's too much.
How could she explain it? She didn't even know anyone with the surname Qin!
Return to the flat bank of the Platinum River.
Wen Zheng's eyes were cold and gloomy. After Xia Tang jumped in, he immediately closed the door, held her shoulders and pressed her down on the sofa.
He didn't even turn on the lights, and relied entirely on the neon lights outside the window to illuminate the living room by spreading tiny spots of light on the glass.
The orange-red shadow passed over the corners of his tightly pursed lips, darkening the shadows at the ends of his eyes, making it dangerous and frightening.
"Tell me, who is Mr. Qin?" He asked, standing in front of her, looking down at her.
Xia Tangyue swallowed and touched his earlobe guiltily, his thoughts racing wildly in his mind.
One lie needs to be covered up with countless lies, or should she just admit it? But that would be so embarrassing. She was just testing him, but she surrendered on her own initiative.
She chuckled.
"That's how we met. I thought it was pretty good-looking, so I accepted it..."
Wen Zheng looked over with his calm eyes, hooked his index finger on her chain, and under the influence of inertia, Xia Tangyue leaned towards him - he lowered his head, and the fresh scent of cedar mixed with tobacco invaded her breath.
Xia Tangyue's back was pressed against the depression of the sofa, his neck was forced to rise, and the chain formed an ambiguous arc at his throat.
She was so nervous that she held her breath, and felt Wen Zheng's thumb rubbing across her hot cheek and gently caressing the corners of her eyes.
He stared at her closely, his burning gaze seemed to be able to see through her heart.
quite a while--
"Why did you accept his gift? Do you like him?"
Xia Tangyue quickly shook his head and explained: "I don't like it, I just like to play..."
Wen Zheng closed his eyes to hide the dark thoughts in his eyes, and with his hands on both sides of the sofa, he trapped her in front of him. Suddenly, he hugged her shoulders and bit her neck, like a trapped beast finally biting its prey, with a bit of forbearance in the rubbing.
"It hurts!" Xia Tangyue cried out softly and pushed his shoulder, but he grabbed her in the gap of the sofa with his backhand.
The side of her neck was numbed by the grinding, and intermittent sobs came out of her throat, but Wen Zheng still did not stop. Instead, he hooked the necklace clasp with the tip of his teeth and pulled it gently. With a click, the necklace broke and fell along her collarbone.
He stood up straight, calmly stroked Xia Tangyue's slightly swollen teeth marks, picked up the necklace on her thigh and threw it into the trash can.
"Brother can give you better."
Xia Tangyue was in so much pain that tears came out. She had no intention of listening to what Wen Zheng said. She complained tearfully, "You, you bite me."
Wen Zheng sighed helplessly, put his palm on the side of her neck and gently stroked the light red teeth marks, then sat down beside her and rubbed her little face.
"How can it teach you a lesson if it doesn't hurt a little?"
Xia Tangyue dodged his hand and tried to pick up the necklace from the trash can, but Wen Zheng grabbed her by the back of her neck and lifted her up like a kitten.
It’s not that she likes the necklace so much, but mainly because she spent a lot of money to buy it and only wore it for a few hours, which was a waste.
Wen Zheng said in a cold voice: "Don't pick it up. Don't accept gifts from other men in the future."
Xia Tangyue looked at the trash can with some pain.
She wanted to cry so much. Such a huge sum of money was gone just like that. That was her three months’ dividend!
Wen Zheng grabbed her hand to stop her from continuing the action, lowered his head and rubbed the tip of his nose across the top of her head: "Brother will buy it for you, buy whatever style you want."
Xia Tangyue said sullenly, "Is there a brother like you? You threw away all my sister's gifts."
Wen Zheng's scorching gaze locked onto the watery glow in her eyes. His oppressive figure enveloped her completely. He supported himself on the wall with one hand, and his body temperature wrapped around her in the shadows.
His Adam's apple rolled, forbearance and loneliness intertwined in his eyes, and his voice was as low and hoarse as if soaked in late-night wine.
"Because I don't want to be just your brother."
Xia Tangyue opened his eyes wide, as if he couldn't believe what he heard, and his mind went blank for an instant.
What does it mean to not want to be just a brother?
Is that what she meant?
He, he, he...
Should she say something? What? It was so shocking, that she didn't want to be just his sister?
Xia Tangyue moved his lips: "I...I..."
No, she couldn't say it with Wen Zheng staring at her like that!
Wen Zheng looked away, sighed slightly, and rubbed her head.
"Okay, go to bed. I'll give you a better one tomorrow."
Wen Zheng turned on the chandelier in the living room, and the dazzling light poured down, breaking the dim and ambiguous atmosphere. Xia Tangyue stared at his tall back in a daze, and her throat seemed to be blocked by a foaming sponge.
"Still looking at me?" Wen Zheng said to her with a smile, "Did I hurt you because I bit you? Then bite me back."
He walked up to her, leaned down slightly, exposing the side of his neck, and pretended to let her bite it back.
Xia Tangyue's chest was heaving violently. Looking at the light blue veins under the delicate skin on the side of Wen Zheng's neck, she took a deep breath, quickly stood on tiptoe, and kissed his lips - but at this moment, Wen Zheng tilted his head slightly, and her kiss landed on his chin.
Xia Tangyue was shocked!
Wen Zheng was even more shocked!
They looked at each other in this brief pause, and both saw disbelief in each other's eyes.
Xia Tangyue frantically babbled nonsense: "I, I'm going to take a shower on the bed, no no, I'm going to the bathroom to sleep..."
Oh my god, what the hell is she talking about!
Just as she was about to flee, Wen Zheng reached out and hugged her, pulling her into his arms, and then a passionate kiss covered her lips.
Xia Tangyue froze at first, her eyelashes trembling violently, and she put her hands on Wen Zheng's chest and tried to push him away, but was held firmly by his hands on the back of her head.
His kiss was irresistibly aggressive. The scent of mint and cedar rushed into her nostrils without warning. The hot touch from her lips was like a sudden wildfire, burning her ears.
A soft whimper escaped Xia Tangyue's throat, and the strength to struggle gradually dissipated in his hot body temperature.
Her fingertips unconsciously clenched the fabric of his shirt, her heartbeat hurt her eardrums, and she felt as if the world was spinning in a trance. Even her breath was robbed by him. She could only follow his rhythm and fall into this surging and hot wave.
The two fell onto the sofa, and then rolled onto the carpet, never letting go of each other. The soft fluff of the carpet rubbed against Xia Tangyue's back, and the breath mixed with sandalwood blew on her hot cheeks.
Wen Zheng's messy hair fell in front of his forehead, and there was a dark tide in his eyes that she could not understand. He propped up his upper body slightly, but the next second he was covered again with an overwhelming sense of oppression.
The two people's entangled fingertips were intertwined, and their knuckles rubbed against each other. Xia Tangyue could hear the sound of cloth tearing, which mixed with their increasingly disordered breathing, and created fine ripples in the enclosed air.
The moonlight from outside the window poured in through the gauze curtains, stretching their overlapping figures very long on the floor. In the swaying light and shadow, only the hot temperature of their heartbeats and breathing remained.
…
After a ridiculous night, the torn clothes were scattered all over the floor. Xia Tangyue thought that the clothes were borrowed from the brand and he would have to pay for it.
Wen Zheng pressed her shoulders hard, slightly displeased: "Are you distracted?"
Xia Tangyue quickly shook her head and kissed him again, hooking her hands around his neck, her fingertips unconsciously entwined around the slightly curly hair on the back of his neck.
This kiss was reckless and desperate, like a fawn being chased and running into the hunter's arms. Wen Zheng let out a low, hoarse laugh, and the vibration of his chest was transmitted along the bodies pressed against each other. It was not until Xia Tangyue said that she couldn't stand it anymore and her waist and abdomen hurt that Wen Zheng carried her to the bed.
-
Three poles in the sun.
When Xia Tangyue woke up, Wen Zheng was no longer by her side.
She subconsciously wanted to stretch, but found that her whole body seemed to be falling apart, and her mouth was numb and swollen, as if it had been bitten.
She pursed her lips, half sat up, glanced around, and found that this was not her room. The bed sheet was dark blue with fine stripes. The morning light came in through the white gauze curtains of the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, gilding the fine stripes on the bed sheet. A set of women's nightgown was placed at the end of the bed.
She reached out, took the nightgown, and put it on.
The entire wall opposite the end of the bed is designed as an open bookshelf, with matte white metal frames and dark gray partitions arranged in an orderly manner. Car models and simple glassware are scattered among the displayed books. A blue bear is placed in the middle compartment, surrounded by transparent white glass.
Xia Tangyue walked closer and discovered that this blue bear was the same one that Wen Zheng gave her when she was a child.
It turns out he had kept it all along.
Knock knock knock.
The knock on the door made Xia Tang jump back. Wen Zheng was leaning against the door frame, looking at her with a smile.
"How do you feel? If you're tired, get some more sleep."
Xia Tangyue's face flushed red, and he could no longer speak. He shook his head and stammered, "I, I'm going to take a shower."
As she spoke, she was about to walk past Wen Zheng to go out, but was hugged back by Wen Zheng.
He hugged her tightly, resting his chin on the top of her hair, breathing heavily on her head.
"Let me hold you for a while." His voice was gentle, full of tenderness, and delicate kisses fell on her ears. Xia Tangyue shrank her neck, but he held her tighter, his palms ironing her back through the thin fabric. His fingertips stroked the protruding joints on the back of her neck again and again, as if he was soothing a frightened young animal.
No, if this continues...
Xia Tangyue pushed him: "I want to take a shower."
Wen Zheng reluctantly let her go, but held her hand again.
"Are you free today? I want to take you somewhere."
