There was a moment of silence on the other end of the phone. "You have two more meetings. I'll have the driver pick you up."

Jiang Zhiyi put down her phone and wandered around the flowerbeds by the roadside.
In the distance, the sunset glowed like flames, as if it had set half the sky ablaze.
"Sister, sister, do you want to buy flowers?" A little girl ran over, carrying a large backpack on both the front and back. The backpack zippers were open, and it was filled with bunches of flowers.
The little girl moved with practiced ease, suggesting she frequently sold flowers in the neighborhood. Her sweet voice uttered words of blessing: "These are the most beautiful flowers. Buying them will bring you good fortune, all your wishes will come true, and all illnesses will stay away..."
"Really? Then I'll take one. How much?" Jiang Zhiyi picked the most vibrant one.
She glanced back at the hospital building and silently wished for Qiqi's speedy recovery.
