A claw scratched her shoulder, and she turned around and kicked backwards.
Just when she felt despair, a strong wind blew from her waist. She subconsciously raised her gun and smashed it with great force. Min Xi staggered, looking confused, and a slightly aggrieved whimpering sound rolled out of his throat, as if asking her why she hit him. Yu Mo was stunned, and seeing the monster biting his shoulder, Min Xi finally moved.
He freed one arm to wrap around Yu Mo, swung his tail over to lift up her legs, and held her against his chest. He ignored the monster behind him that was biting her tightly, and instead pulled out the one that was scratching Yu Mo, letting out a deafening howl. The monsters around were all a little irritated, covering their ears and huddling on the ground. Then the monster was torn into pieces by Min Xi. He no longer lingered, and ran to the nearest dormitory, following the scent and opening the door.
The dormitory was not tidied up and was the same as when Yu Mo left. She had intended to fold the scattered beds when she had time, but she had never come out since she went to the laboratory. Even though she hadn't lived there for a few days, Min Xi could still accurately identify Yu Mo's bed as there was a strong smell there.
Yu Mo's injuries were severe, but compared to Min Xi's, they were nothing. She was placed on the bed, and Yu Mo said, "No, I'm dirty now." But Min Xi ignored her and stubbornly pushed her onto it, then jumped on it himself. The bed frame creaked, and before Yu Mo could recover, Min Xi was in front of her, ripping her clothes with his sharp claws, and turning her over, revealing the wound on her back.
