Chapter 111 Helping Pei Jingyan take a bath
Pei Jingyan emphasized the four words "take good care of" with a meaningful and playful tone.
Shen Lai's expression became unnatural, but he had no way to refute.
It was Pei Jingyan who got injured because he was saving him.
"Don't worry. At worst, I'll work like a slave for you while you're in the hospital. Is that okay?" Shen Lai said unhappily.

Pei Jingyan turned his head and saw Chen Lai standing in the corner with a bathrobe in his hands.

For a moment, Shen Lai's heart seemed to skip a beat.
Perhaps because Chen Lai had been waiting for a long time without any response, Pei Jingyan suddenly turned around and looked at him. Only then did Chen Lai come to his senses and walked to the bathtub with his head held high.
Pei Jingyan's injured arm was resting on the edge of the bathtub, his whole body soaked in the water, exuding a lazy and aloof temperament.
Shen Lai swallowed her saliva. In order to make things quicker, she turned her head and wiped Pei Jingyan casually with a towel.
Pei Jingyan lowered his head, looking at Shen Lai's perfunctory approach, and said lazily: "Are you wiping the body of the New Year pig?"
Shen Lai was reluctant to begin with, and seeing Pei Jingyan still finding fault, she said unhappily, "If you keep finding fault, then wash it yourself."

Pei Jingyan's eyes sparkled with a smile as he said meaningfully, "I didn't expect Miss Shen to be so interested in me."
"If you want to see it, then look at it openly. I'm not that stingy."
Shen Lai blushed and stammered, "Who's looking at you? Stop flattering yourself!"
"Didn't you see it?" Pei Jingyan's eyes swept across Shen Lai's cheek, "Then why is your face so red?"
Shen Lai's eyes flickered, "I, I was hot."
She threw the towel in her hand back into the water and said, "It's already washed. You can get dressed yourself. I'm going out first."
She stood up and was about to leave when she heard a "whoosh" sound behind her. The next second, her wrist was grabbed by a wet palm. She looked back and found that Pei Jingyan had also stood up at some point, his strong and tight body exposed to the air.
A look of surprise flashed across Shen Lai's face, but before she could react, she was pulled back and pressed against the cold wall.
The T-shirt on her body was soaked by water, sticking to her body and outlining her slender figure. The air in the bathroom rose invisibly.
Looking at Pei Jingyan who was gradually approaching, Shen Lai's heartbeat inexplicably accelerated. She subconsciously closed her eyes, and her eyelashes kept shaking.
After waiting for a long time, the expected kiss did not come.
Pei Jingyan's smiling voice sounded in front of him, "Chen Lai, what are you looking forward to?"
