Pei Jingyan reached out and touched the glass, on which his complex eyes were reflected.
As if sensing something, the child in the incubator suddenly turned over and let out a faint cry, like a kitten's meow.
The nurse nearby heard the noise and hurried over to check. She seemed to have noticed something and looked up, only to see that the corridor was empty, without a single person in sight.
Three days later, Shen Lai was out of danger and was transferred to a general ward.

He has always liked Chen Lai more. Even if he really married someone else, maybe Chen Lai wouldn't care?
