If the couple weren't truly educated, they would have been cursing and swearing. Their silly daughter had been out studying for a few months, all the money was gone, and now she was about to run off with someone else! If they had waited two more days, their flowers would have been stolen, even the pots!
Just then, Zhao Aiguo came over with a beaming smile, carrying the food and a tea egg for each person. "Uncle, Auntie, have some porridge first to warm your stomach!"
You can't hit a smiling face, so Mr. Liu asked, seemingly casually, "Young man, you're not a student at this school, how do you know our daughter?"
