“You only work fifteen days a month, and you poop and pee in the house every day, only emptying the latrine every ten days or so. Tell me, where did all that stuff go this month?” Zhang Shufang said loudly. “You’re capable of stealing chickens and dogs. A person like you should be locked in a cowshed and shoveling manure!”
"Zhang Shufang!" Wang Xiulan couldn't sit still any longer, pointing at her and angrily shouting, "Watch your mouth! How could I possibly do something like stealing chickens and dogs!"
"Your son lost his job, how is that impossible? If you don't believe me, then let the village secretary bring some people to your house to see if there's anything left in that bucket." Zhang Shufang sneered, thinking she couldn't possibly take the blame!
Upon hearing this, Wang Xiulan's face turned deathly pale, and she quickly stopped her, saying, "You're not allowed to go!"
