Chapter 463 Extra 1

"Master, I want a child."

Lin Xi yawned. "If you want a child, go to your husband. It's no use coming to me; I can't conjure a child out of thin air."

The woman lowered her head, her smile somewhat shy. "I've been married for a year and a half, and in that area... I've only had three times. My in-laws are really urging me to have a grandson, so I wanted to ask about the fate of my children."

Lin Xi looked up and said, "Your uterus is full and rosy, there is nothing wrong with your health, and you will have a son and a daughter in the future."

The woman looked excited. "Really? Thank you, Master."

"Then, when can I get pregnant?"

Lin Xi yawned again, her tone tinged with exhaustion, "Having a child is a matter for both of us. Do you have your husband's birth date and time?"

"some."

The woman took out a piece of red paper from her bag, on which several numbers were written.

Lin Xi glanced at it, her expression instantly changing. "Huh? Are you sure you're not mistaken?"

The woman nodded. "That's right."

Lin Xi analyzed carefully, "He cheated on me."

The woman was startled, her voice hoarse, "He's fallen in love with someone else, that's why he won't touch me!"

Lin Xi: "No, he doesn't like women."

The woman's eyes widened, and it took her a while to understand what she meant. "Master, you're saying my husband is cheating on me with another man?!"

"Not to say anything," Lin Xi tapped the paper lightly, "but it's written on the eight characters."

The woman screamed in despair, "No way! This can't be!"

The elderly couple quickly stepped forward, saying, "Don't cry, don't cry. Two-legged toads are hard to find, but two-legged men are everywhere. Take advantage of the fact that you don't have children yet and find the next one..."

After some comforting words, the woman finally accepted reality.

At the fortune-telling hall, such situations are commonplace; elderly people listen to gossip while also comforting customers.

Lin Xi leaned back in the soft chair, feeling utterly weak.

I've been so sleepy lately, even the slightest movement makes me feel tired.

What's wrong with her?

Lin Xi was too weak to think; her head was spinning.

Ji Heng asked, "Boss, what's wrong?"

Lin Xi shook her head, "It's alright, there are still a few more divinations to do."

Ji Heng counted, "The last divination."

Aunt He took out a piece of candy; the crystal-clear red wrapper had a large "double happiness" character printed on it.

She smiled and said, "Master, have a piece of candy."

Lin Xi thanked him, tore open the candy wrapper, and put it in her mouth, the sweet taste filling her entire oral cavity.

She exclaimed in surprise, "These are my wedding candies?!"

Aunt He smiled brightly, "That's right, I brought back ten bags of wedding candy from the island, and I've kept them all this time, I couldn't bear to eat them."

Lin Xi looked at the wrapping paper in her hand and recalled the days of preparing for her wedding, and the corners of her mouth couldn't help but turn up.

From the wedding dress to the wedding favors, everything was personally selected by her and Fu Jingyao, making them one-of-a-kind in the world.

This candy is so sweet.

Lin Xi was no longer dizzy and asked Xiao Hengzi to take attendance.

Ji Heng shouted, "Is Wu Yue here? If Wu Yue isn't here, today is over."

"exist!"

A middle-aged man approached, his face full of worry. "Master, something's wrong with my son, he..."

Lin Xi raised her hand, "Sit down, and tell me slowly."

Hearing her voice, Wu Yue calmed down. "My son, Wu Yu, just started high school. He has always been first in his grade, but he got the lowest score in the midterm exam."

"Besides his grades, his behavior is very strange..."

Wu Yue was a local, and he followed the usual path of getting married and having children.

Life may not be wealthy, but it is happy.

My son showed amazing learning talent from elementary school onwards, and was particularly interested in mathematics.

For his son's future, Wu Yue used his savings to buy a house in a good school district.

He goes to work, and his wife accompanies him to school.

Their son, Wu Yu, did not disappoint them. He entered a top high school, where he excelled academically and was obedient and sensible at home.

That morning at eight o'clock, Wu Yu had not yet gotten up.

Wu Yue knocked on the door. "Son, get up. You're going to be late for school today."

I called for three minutes, but there was no response from inside. Could something have happened to my son?

Wu Yue rushed in anxiously, only to be startled.

Wu Yu landed on all fours, stuck out his tongue, and repeated a strange phrase.

"I've become a human."

"I've turned into a human..."

Wu Yue's scalp tingled. "Son, what did you say?"

Wu Yu looked up, his eyes gleaming with a ghostly light, sharp as a wild beast.

Wu Yue broke out in a cold sweat under his gaze. "Son, are you sick? Dad will take you to the hospital."

"roll!!"

His usually obedient son grabbed his arm and bit down hard, his teeth digging into his flesh.

Wu Yue was in unbearable pain, so he forcibly pried open the man's mouth and went out to find a doctor.

My son must be sick.

Wu Yue consulted many doctors, but to no avail. His son would bite anyone he caught, showing no regard for family ties.

Seven days later, Wu Yu smiled mysteriously and kissed him, "Dad, you're my dad, hehe."

"I want to go to school, I want to be human."

"I'm a happy little human, carrying my schoolbag to school, laughing one day and crying the next..."

Wu Yu hummed a cheerful tune and stopped biting people, but his behavior and speech were just as strange.

Wu Yue sensed something was wrong. His son was introverted and would never sing in front of others.

If science can't solve it, try metaphysics.

Hearing that Master Lin of the Divine Calculation Hall was skilled at catching ghosts and exorcising evil spirits, he immediately ran here for help.

Wu Yue sighed, "Master Lin, what's wrong with my son?"

Lin Xi glanced at him and said, "You have a demonic aura about you."

"A demon?!"

Wu Yue was shocked. "A demon from a TV series?"

Lin Xi said calmly, "Little Hengzi."

Ji Heng explained what a demon was, repeating this phrase dozens of times until he was very familiar with it.
