"Suicide?"
Su Ning looked up and met Lu Shaohan's angry face with a cold sneer, "She's willing to commit suicide?"
How could someone as selfish as Qiao Yimo possibly risk her own life?
"Qiao Yimo would never commit suicide!" Mu An'an agreed, and anxiously said to Lu Shaohan, "Lu Shaohan, don't be fooled by her!"
"What are you lying about!"
Lu Shaohan's face darkened, his eyes glaring coldly at Mu An'an, and he shouted sharply, "Mu An'an, she's in the hospital right now, being treated!"
Mu An'an paused for a moment, then turned to look at Su Ning and asked softly, "Is Qiao Yimo really willing to die?"
Su Ning didn't reply to Mu An'an. Instead, she curled the corners of her lips and asked Lu Shaohan dismissively, "Is he dead?"
Lu Shaohan's pupils contracted, and the coldness in his eyes intensified.
"You're not dead! What are you yelling about here for?" Su Ning replied.
"Su Ning, what do you mean by that!"
Lu Shaohan gritted his teeth and asked.
Su Ning looked at Lu Shaohan with a mocking expression. "Lu Shaohan, are you brain-dead?"
"Even if Qiao Yimo is dead, what does it have to do with An'an! A man comes over and lays a hand on a woman. When it comes to shamelessness, I'm not as shameless as you."
Su Ning retorted bluntly, knowing that Lu Shaohan liked Qiao Yimo, but she didn't expect him to be so brainless.
Lu Shaohan listened to the entire meeting over the phone, from beginning to end, to the content of the finalization meeting.
Qiao Yimo used a plagiarized work to accuse her of plagiarism, only to end up contradicting herself. Anyone with a brain can see Qiao Yimo's hypocrisy in this incident. Lu Shaohan, on the other hand, upon seeing Qiao Yimo's suicide attempt, went straight to the film set and physically assaulted An An!
"And don't say things like you'd never fall in love with An'an. A man like you isn't even worthy of carrying An'an's shoes!"
Su Ning wouldn't offer much advice on An An's love life, but today, Lu Shaohan attacked An An for Qiao Yimo's sake, and Su Ning couldn't tolerate it.
"Su Ning!"
With so many people watching, Lu Shaohan felt humiliated by Su Ning's words. He clenched his fists and shouted coldly, "Say that again!"

However, no matter how much she liked Lu Shaohan, Mu An'an would not stand by and watch him lay a hand on Su Ning.
"Mu An'an, get out of my way!"
Lu Shaohan, with a cold expression, shouted at Mu An'an.
"Shaohan!" Mu An'an grabbed Lu Shaohan's arm and said patiently, "Qiao Yimo's suicide was her own fault, and it has nothing to do with Ningning."
"She bribed the servants to steal Ningning's work, and then framed Ningning at the final draft meeting, trying to drive Ningning out of the Gu family."
"Ningning is just retaliating."
Lu Shaohan didn't want to listen to Mu An'an's explanation at all. He glared angrily at Su Ning in the wheelchair and threw Mu An'an aside.
"If it weren't for her, Momo would have married my uncle a long time ago." He pointed at Su Ning and cursed.
“My uncle abandoned her four years ago. She came back and had someone kidnap Momo. She shamelessly wants to stick to my uncle for the rest of her life.”
"Don't you even look in the mirror? A useless person like you doesn't deserve to be with my uncle, doesn't deserve to be Mrs. Gu!"
