As Jiang Yun spoke, the corners of her mouth pursed, revealing a smile.
"Mom." Xu Huanyan tugged at Jiang Yun's sleeve, wanting to tell her what had happened, but Jiang Yun turned her head and glared at her, shouting, "Shut up!"
Xu Huanyan's eyes reddened, and she lowered her head, not daring to utter a sound, after being scolded by Jiang Yun.
"Brother Sheng."
Jiang Yun smiled and walked towards Xu Sheng, "Ningning is your daughter, how could I hurt her?"
"Did she say something to you?"
Su Ning left directly with Gu Jingchen without saying a word to Xu Sheng and the others. In her haste, Jiang Yun made up some nonsense.
Surrounded by so many people, both Xu Sheng and Xu Bai looked at her coldly, making her feel flustered and confused. What was wrong with them?
"Hehe," one of the guests couldn't help but laugh before Xu Sheng could answer.

The guests' voices rose one after another, making Jiang Yun even more flustered.

Jiang Yun was not moved by Xu Huanyan's help; instead, she angrily retorted, "What does Su Ning almost drowning have to do with me!"
“Brother Sheng!” Jiang Yun looked at Xu Sheng with tears in her eyes, “Don’t be fooled, I am…”
The word "innocent" remained unspoken as a recording leaked from Madam Xu's phone.
"You, a useless person, what right do you have to live in this world?"
"Since you're about to die anyway, you might as well die sooner rather than later, so you don't stay in this world and make everyone unhappy, right?"
"I came to Xu Family Island specifically to give you a ride."

Old Madam Xu always doted on Xu Huanyan. Seeing that Xu Huanyan was so scared that she kept crying, she softened her tone and said, "Huanyan, your mother has to take responsibility for what she did."
After saying that, Madam Xu left.
No matter how much she loves Xu Huanyan, she would never stop the rest of the Xu family from targeting Jiang Yun for Xu Huanyan's sake.
