"W-What is it?"
Mu Xiaocheng shifted her bottom uncomfortably, but was suddenly stopped by the man's large hand.
"Don't move."
His voice was somewhat hoarse, as if he was trying his best to suppress something.
Mu Xiaocheng really didn't dare to move.
She could sense that something was wrong with him.

Seeing that she wasn't making a fuss, Ji Huaishen continued, "How about we go to the US a couple of days later?"
"Why?"

Ji Huaishen lowered his head, wrapped his arms around her waist, and said in a low, husky voice, "Baby, let's go a couple of days later. Come with me, okay?"
His voice was unusually gentle, as if he were pleading with her, or as if he were being unreasonable, leaving Mu Xiaocheng unsure how to refuse.
"I...you let go first."
Mu Xiaocheng's tone was also fierce.
"I won't let go."
See? He's being a scoundrel again.
She knew he was giving in.
Mu Xiaocheng stopped struggling and pouted, saying, "Then hurry up and finish dealing with your business."
Hearing her answer, Ji Huaishen's lips slowly curved upwards, and he kissed her smooth forehead.
