Chapter 31: Cheating
Yu Nian paused: "I just said that I'm married and have a strong sense of morality, so I can't do anything unfaithful."
She didn't say it like that at the time, but the meaning was pretty much the same. Moreover, Yu Nian wanted to tell Ji Yanxing that, whether out of love or conscience, she would never cheat during the marriage, and he could rest assured about that. Ji Yanxing stared at her. He understood what she meant. Zhou Yang was not her type, so no matter what, she would not accept him.
After a long silence, Ji Yanxing looked into her eyes and suddenly asked: "Mrs. Ji, have you ever liked anyone?"

I turned off the lights and the bedroom fell into darkness.

Suddenly, her waist felt heavy. Ji Yanxing put his uninjured arm around her waist and pulled her body to the middle of the bed. "Come to the middle, or you will fall."

That night, Yu Nian slept very well and soundly without any dreams.
The next day she woke up to the alarm clock again because she had to go to the law firm.
