Song Shengsheng bit her lip. She dodged his gaze left and right, thought for a moment, and sighed, "Forget it. You won't believe anything I say anyway. Now that things have come to this, let's do it! Tell me, what should I do first?"
Jiang Yiyu was stunned for a moment, then loosened his grip on her jaw. Song Shengsheng frowned, "What? Are you scared?"
"How is that possible? I have difficulty walking, please bear with me."
"Okay." Song Shengsheng lifted the quilt, stood up and moved closer to him, holding his face, and glanced at the desk lamp: "How about turning off the light?"
"Keep it open, or you won't be able to see clearly."
Song Shengsheng kissed him awkwardly: "And then?"
Jiang Yiyu thought seriously and said, "Then do as you learned."
"Oh." She kissed him again and smiled a little embarrassedly: "I have forgotten most of it. If you want to remember, you should take the initiative."
"That's fine." Jiang Yiyu was about to move closer when Song Shengsheng's hands, holding his face, suddenly pushed him away. "Well... I've thought about it... In this situation, the experience won't be good. Give me a day to digest what I just learned. See you tomorrow night!"
Jiang Yiyu smiled helplessly and nodded reluctantly: "Okay."
Song Shengsheng breathed a sigh of relief. She turned back to her side and asked, "Do you want my help?"
Jiang Yiyu looked down at himself and said, "I feel like I'm very normal now."
"Oh, that's good." She leaned over and pulled the quilt back, dividing it between Jiang Yiyu and herself. Then she covered herself with the quilt and lay down, closing her eyes. "Turn off the lights."
Jiang Yiyu pinched the back of his neck, turned off the light, and put the small box beside his pillow back on the bedside table.
The bedroom fell into darkness again. After waiting for Jiang Yiyu to lie down, Song Shengsheng leaned towards him with some flattery, hugged his waist again, and snuggled into his arms.
Jiang Yiyu patted her head and said, "Seriously, you're not planning on lying down and just chatting with me like this tomorrow, are you?"
"We'll talk about tomorrow. Let's go to sleep today." She reached out and covered Jiang Yiyu's mouth: "Whoever talks again is a puppy. Good night."
Jiang Yiyu sighed helplessly and dotingly, held her hand and kissed her: "Good night."
…
The next morning, when Song Shengsheng and Jiang Yiyu went downstairs to eat, they happened to catch up with Song Ming and Wang Jing sending Song Qing out. Song Ming glanced at them and said with a sigh, "That's amazing! If you two sleep a little longer, you can catch up with lunch."
Song Qing smiled, looked at them, and said kindly: "I have something to do today and have to leave early, so I ate in advance."
Song Shengsheng trotted over to him, holding Song Qing's arm and shaking it: "Where are you going, Dad?"
"I'm going to Jiangcheng and will be back the day after tomorrow. Be good and wait for dad to come back and bring you gifts."
Jiang Yiyu slowly walked to Song Ming's side. Song Qing looked at him and nodded: "Are you all okay?" He raised his hand and looked at his watch: "The driver is here, I have to go." He patted Song Shengsheng's hand: "Be good."
Song Shengsheng loosened her grip on his arm and nodded, "Goodbye, Dad."
Song Qing waved to them, said thank you to the housekeeper who helped open the door, and walked out.
Wang Jing sighed, then hurriedly pulled Song Shengsheng and Jiang Yiyu to the restaurant. Song Ming put his hands in his pockets and followed them lazily.
Song Shengsheng pulled out a chair and sat down, glancing at Song Ming's clean plate: "Brother, you just came down too?"
Song Ming glared at her and threw a tea egg on her plate: "Why do you care so much? Eat your meal."
Jiang Yiyu reached out and took the unpeeled tea egg from her plate and peeled it slowly.
Wang Jing asked Aunt Liu, the nanny, to serve Jiang Yiyu a bowl of porridge. Jiang Yiyu moved his arm aside, looked at the porridge and two halves of a salted duck egg in front of him, and smiled and said thank you to Wang Jing: "Mom, you always remember my preferences."
Wang Jing glared at Song Ming, who was silently imitating Jiang Yiyu's speech. When she turned to look at Jiang Yiyu, she regained her gentleness: "Yiyu, eat more. It's not good for someone this tall to be too thin."
"Okay." Jiang Yiyu put the peeled tea eggs back on Song Shengsheng's plate. He picked up the soup spoon and scooped a mouthful of porridge into his mouth. Wang Jing was happy just looking at him: "How is it? Your Aunt Liu has been cooking for a long time!"
“It’s delicious.”
Song Ming and Song Shengsheng looked at each other and chuckled, "Mom, are you okay? It's just a bowl of plain porridge. It has no taste. What's so good about it?"
"What do you know?" Wang Jing knocked on his bowl with her chopsticks. "Eating can't even stop your mouth."
When she turned to look at Jiang Yiyu, a kind smile appeared on her face again: "Yiyu is still as elegant as before when eating."
Song Ming shrugged his shoulders at Song Shengsheng and grumbled softly, "Song Shengsheng, you see, I told you a long time ago that our mother's specialty is changing her face, and her hobby is looking at faces."
Song Shengsheng was very tactful and quietly buried his head in eating without saying a word. As expected, Song Ming was beaten again.
Jiang Yiyu couldn't help laughing when he saw him grinning and hugging his arms to avoid Wang Jing in a miserable state.
Song Ming glared at him and said, "What are you looking at? Even eating can't stop your mouth."
Wang Jing hit his arm again: "You little bastard, you're the only one who can talk!"
The meal was a lively one.
After dinner, Jiang Yiyu sat with Wang Jing in the living room and chatted, while Song Shengsheng yawned and went back to the bedroom to take a nap.
Since Song Ming received his first work call, he has been busy. He sits at the dining table with his computer, typing while holding a video conference.
