She was startled and instinctively ran into the room.
Once inside the room, she realized she had acted somewhat foolishly. Why did she look at him like a mouse seeing a cat?
She didn't do anything to wrong him, much less commit murder or arson.
Xu Rubao took a deep breath; she had nothing to fear from him.
Suddenly, a sound came from the balcony. She turned her head and saw that Lu Jingheng had climbed over the balcony again.
Does he really enjoy climbing over balconies that much?
Xu Rubao felt nervous as he entered, but she forced herself to sit up straight and tried to make her expression look natural.
"Mr. Lu, is there anything I can do for you?"
Lu Jingheng heard her call him Mr. Lu, but she called Cheng Yiqian Brother Cheng.

Xu Rubao retreated step by step, while Lu Jingheng looked as if he wanted to devour her.

Lu Jingheng's voice was so loud that it hurt her ears.
