Chapter 27 Luo Li and Akutagawa 27

Dazai Osamu checked my ghost's real identity. Although he had a premonition, when he saw the result, he finally understood why Oda Sakunosuke said, "It's better for you not to know."

He wasn't one to blame himself. When he found out that my ghost was Akutagawa Ryunosuke, he didn't feel any guilt, but a momentary malice:

Is Akutagawa secretly laughing at him behind his back because he admires my ghost so much?

Are you waiting for him to show regret?

Yes or no……

No, it wasn't what he thought. He actually knew that Ryunosuke was not that kind of person.

Dazai Osamu looked at the rising sun outside. The last time he looked at it like this was when he was with Ryunosuke.

The golden light blurred their expressions. Dazai Osamu still remembered asking himself, "The sunrise is truly beautiful. Can I die in this rich red gold?"

"No, from now on, every time I see the sunrise, I will see your miserable death. I will be sad." Ryunosuke looked at the beautiful scenery, but he was helpless because the person next to him was such a spoiler.

"What about lunch?"

"I will be sad too."

"evening……"

"Yes, it has nothing to do with time, it's just because you are a friend I can chat with.

If you really want to die, and nothing can activate your will to live, then I will not torture you or force you to breathe in this world.

But it was you who pulled me in and said you wanted to survive." Ryunosuke said seriously.

Dazai Osamu opened the drawer and found a contract inside, a contract he signed with Mori Ogai to break away from the Port Mafia.

He didn't know why he made this hard-earned contract with Mori Ogai in the first place, as he clearly didn't really want to leave the mafia.

Maybe he was just too timid, so timid that he wanted to leave a way out so that he wouldn't really lose his friend Ryunosuke.

When Ryunosuke is filled with hatred and asks him with a twisted expression why he lied to him, then he can take out this contract and righteously turn the tables on him, saying:

"I'm trying, it was just a joke, but you can't accept it. It seems life outside the mafia is just as boring. This is really impossible."

Then he tore up the contract in front of Ryunosuke and put the blame of the end of the friendship on Ryunosuke, so that he could just enjoy Ryunosuke's guilt.

It may also be that he secretly hopes that Ryunosuke will really show his sincerity and be able to pull him out of the mafia.

But he didn't expect that Ryunosuke just looked at him calmly and turned away, saying, "As long as you are happy."

But I'm not happy.

I'm not happy at all.

Then go somewhere where it's a little less sad and escape this temporary embarrassment and pain.

Ryunosuke had no idea what Dazai was thinking, as he had encountered new troubles.

Gide had already returned to France, but the ordinary soldiers were left behind by Gide. If they followed Gide back, they would die, so Gide asked them to stay, one to repay his kindness, and the other to survive.

The person they are repaying their gratitude to is Ryunosuke.

Ryunosuke: ...What makes you think that a high school student needs the protection of more than 30 tall and strong retired soldiers with an arsenal of weapons from the Hong Kong underworld?

These soldiers had originally followed Gide voluntarily, had lost the will to live, and took Gide's will as their own. Now that Gide is gone, they know who can clear their grievances, and they will listen to Gide's ideas and obey Ryunosuke's orders, just like death warriors.

But Ryunosuke doesn't need it.

Seeing how stubborn they were, Ryunosuke gave them some money to start a security company. They could provide services ranging from bodyguards for important figures to solving stalker problems for girls, and even deal with school violence.

Because of their outstanding abilities, they have achieved quite good results, even the Hong Kong underworld leader next door is biting his handkerchief.

Damn it! What a waste! What a waste!

When Ryunosuke graduated from high school, the construction of Leibo Street finally started as per the contract date, but the construction progress was extremely slow due to the resettlement of the original residents of Leibo Street.

Ryunosuke donated money anonymously in the name of a ghost and an elf to build temporary resettlement houses, and acquired two factories with poor performance. After the reform, they put them into production and arranged for the residents of Leibo Street to work.

It's just that some people have become accustomed to a way of living that gets something for nothing, and old habits die hard, so Ryunosuke spent a small amount of money to change their living habits.

Ryunosuke finally understood why the construction of Leibo Street started so late. The benefits obtained by Mori Ogai showed how long the dispute had lasted.

One-third of the land filled in after Leibo Street was completed went to the port mafia, one-third went to the government, and the last one-third was left to the original residents of Leibo Street.

"Swindler." Luo Li commented.

Finally, Ryunosuke invested in buying some land from the mafia and the government to build factories and houses for those poor people to work and live in. Then he saw that part of the land was originally allocated to the original residents of Leibo Street :)

Luo Li silently pulled out her staff: "Ryūnosuke, let's go put them in sacks."

It took Ryunosuke three days to put sacks on all the people involved and beat them up, and Luo Li also "rewarded" them with a loving pat on the head.

The love-patting head-killing ability is the supernatural power that Luo Li awakened through the contract. Its real name is "Hell Transformation". It can transform people's emotions and make people feel as if they have fallen into hell.

As the first group to have Luo Li use her newly awakened superpowers, they are truly blessed.
