Soul stabilizer.
He unfolded the letter in the package, which contained only a few short lines:
To my teacher:
I know that if I ask you the reason, you won’t tell me the truth, but before I know the truth, I should believe you who is closer to me.
I only made these few before school started, I hope they can help you. 】
No signature.
“It seems that we should believe it.”
He didn't even believe it himself but still sent the potion. What a weird kid.
Riddle took the bottles of potion with a calm expression. His grades in Potions class were not bad either, so he could naturally see that this was a perfect soul stabilizer.
He actually wanted to end this relationship. For him, not letting Snape pay the price for seeing his embarrassed state was already extremely tolerant. How could he continue this free private lesson?
He came here just to relax.
Unexpectedly, there was another unexpected surprise.
An unexpected reaction.
He thought there would be no more interaction after Snape knew that the reason he was in so much pain was soul damage.
Who would want to get along with a murderer? Wouldn't they be afraid that he would be plotted against by a venomous snake at any second?
Or maybe he poisoned the soul stabilizer in order to kill this dangerous person?
Riddle teased as he opened the potion and drank it.
The effect was very good. His soul, which had been split several times, was soothed as if it were soaked in a hot spring.
But he always felt that there was another smell in it besides the smell of soul stabilizer, an indescribable pleasant smell, which inexplicably reminded him of the time when he was hidden in Snape's arms.
"Tibetan"
It was indeed hidden.
His embarrassment and self-esteem.
This accident put an end to his idea of turning Slytherin's locket into a Horcrux.
Wait a little longer, until your soul is more stable.
With this in mind, he opened the divination cards for the third time. He understood the principle behind these cards. It was nothing more than human psychology. They were just a toy. He continued to play because he didn't want to give up halfway.
The player draws a card at random, and then the blank card will reveal different content.
The first two are locations, the third one...
A magic wand.
Riddle smiled cheerfully. "A wand?"
Like a piece of wood, who would use immobilization magic to comfort a person who is shaking and twitching unconsciously due to pain? Although it is very useful, it is too weird.
I didn't feel any comfort, I felt like some spoiled alchemical product.
Except for potions and magic, it is like wood to others, but it has magical powers.
It's just a little toy that exploits people's psychology.
Oh.
Snape's train slowly arrived at the station, and without James and Sirius, the atmosphere in the two carriages became better.
Lily looked at Regulus who had just quarreled with Sirius and comforted him, "My sister and I often quarrel too."
"...Well, I know, it's normal for family members to quarrel." Regulus smiled when he saw Lily who was worried about him.
It is normal for family members to quarrel, but the quarrels in their family are a little too frequent.
Parents, brothers, family and that adult.
Regulus's brows slowly furrowed.
The peacock looked at Regulus for a moment, then flew to Snape's shoulder. "Why do humans take on responsibilities that don't belong to them? It must be very hard."
"Because you love them, you want to do it even if it's hard." Snape didn't really understand it either. He just said this based on his brief life experience.
But in fact, he doesn't really understand why he should take on other people's responsibilities.
Just like the relationship between Sirius and his parents, Regulus wanted their relationship to ease. He wanted his parents to be less controlling and his brother to be less rebellious, but he could not change his parents or his brother, and in the end he was caught between the two sides.
He hadn't interfered in their arguments since he realized he couldn't change his parents, and he didn't really understand why Regulus would want to intervene in their conflict when he knew he couldn't change anything.
The train arrived at the station. Regulus was a first-year student and had to take a boat to enter the school, while they had to take other means of transportation.
After that, it was the normal first-year process: separation into different houses, singing the school song, a party, and finally returning to the dormitory.
Regulus went into Slytherin just as he said he would, and he smiled at Snape.
After the party, when returning to the dormitory, Lucius came over and asked Snape mysteriously what he wanted to do with the ingredients for the soul stabilizer potion that Snape had asked him to buy.
"I just wanted to try it out of curiosity after hearing you talk about it," said Snape.
"Did it work?" Lucius was curious.
"Six." Snape said, taking out a bottle from the space and giving it to Lucius: "This one is for you."
Lucius looked at the potion in his hand and silently swallowed his shock. He bought ten ingredients and succeeded more than half of them. What a terrifying talent for potions.
Actually, there are nine, which is related to talent, but more importantly, it is related to Peacock's support.
Peacock opened up a cheating space for him, a space where he could copy materials without limit. As long as real materials entered, he could copy countless copies for his experiments, but the things made from the copied materials only existed in that space.
But as long as the reaction of the drug is real, it's fine.
"What about the others?"
Snape: "Give it away."
"He needs soul stabilizer? Sifu, you should stay away from that kind of people." How can a person who plots against others behind their backs be a good person?
Snape knew Lucius's concerns: "Peacock said not to doubt a friend without solid evidence."
