Chapter 33 Wedding

But Sirius obviously had no intention of ruining his cousin's wedding. He just remained silent and drank the drink like a drunk.

Peacock looked at Voldemort, the man she had only heard countless rumors about.

Gryffindor students said he was a cruel and crazy devil, while Slytherin students said he was a king who could lead the pure-bloods to the pinnacle.

In her interactions with Snape, she saw an elegant, knowledgeable and proud man.

She shook her head, feeling a little silly. Why did she want to understand him? Would it be good for her?

She was just simply curious about this person standing on the crest of the storm, and there was no need to think too much about it.

Voldemort also noticed Snape, mainly because in this situation, only Peacock was staring at him, and his gaze was too obvious, but when Riddle looked over, he could only see Snape.

Looking at Snape dressed up to attend Lucius's wedding, Riddle felt a little unhappy. You skipped my private lessons to attend Lucius's wedding?

Can He also answer your questions, explore your suffering, and analyze your problems?

Snape: He can't, but don't worry, he will skip classes in the future.

But Riddle did not give Snape a chance to refuse. He was a poisonous snake. Unless the prey was strong enough to escape his control or he abandoned it, there was no chance for it to escape from his mouth.

After the wedding they were free to visit Malfoy Manor, and Snape went to the garden to get some fresh air. He didn't like these scenes.

"Hello, young sir."

Snape's white peacock noticed the stranger coming and ran away quickly.

"Hello." Snape looked at Voldemort, who had returned to his appearance in the tavern, and smiled politely.

Riddle smiled in a friendly manner: "Do you have a brother?"

Playing dumb?

Snape followed suit and played dumb: "Yes, may I ask who you are?"

Riddle laughed, playing dumb?

Riddle thought he had discovered Snape's identity, but he didn't expect that his own identity was also discovered.

"I'm your brother's friend, and also half his teacher. We had agreed to meet yesterday, but I didn't see him. I was very worried about him." Riddle said gently.

"My brother's friend?"

"Yes, we are very good friends."

The peacock secretly said "Pooh".

"My brother has talked about you. He admires your knowledge very much. He is busy making potions." I can just go along with it. What else can I do? I can't expose the guppy and let it go.

Snape seemed to have learned to lie without any instruction. He thought he was not good at it, but the cunning of the people in Spinner's End still rubbed off on him.

"Is that so? Is there anything I can help with?" Riddle asked, looking really like a friend of Snape's brother.

Since he said so, I would be a fool not to ask. He just happened to have accumulated some questions. Slughorn's potion level was indeed amazing, but it was too righteous. He needed some crooked ways now.

"He is indeed a little confused. Do you have time? Let's meet at the usual place tomorrow." Snape looked at Riddle pretending, so he pretended to be like an older brother and said.

"I'll look forward to seeing you tomorrow."

The peacock made another "Pooh" sound.
