Snape sang the entire song along with Peacock and watched them applaud in amazement.
They really couldn't believe that Snape could sing such a childlike song, especially one praising friendship.
It's just very strange.
Peacock liked it very much. She often sang it when she was making clothes. Snape was familiar with it. Peacock knew that Snape might also be able to sing this song, so this is the song he is teaching now.
"It sounds great, Sifu, you're really amazing!" Lily clapped her hands.
"Peacock teaches well." How could it not sound good? It's like singing in KTV with the original singer.
"I am the peacock with the most beautiful singing voice in the fairyland!" The peacock raised his chin again, his expression full of pride.
"Okay, I'm going to rest." Snape swayed as he stood up.
"Senior, I'll go with you." Thinking of the sip of vodka that Snape drank, Regulus stood up and wanted to go back with Snape. He was afraid that Snape could not drink much and fell asleep on the road.
"You guys just continue playing, I can go back by myself." Snape refused. He could see that Regulus cherished the opportunity to get along well with Sirius, so he naturally would not let Regulus leave.
"Really? I'll go back with you." Lily packed her bag, stood up and was about to follow Snape.
"No problem, goodbye everyone." Snape felt that he was very sober. The alcohol was completely fine. He just staggered and couldn't stand steadily.
He reassured Lily: "Be careful not to be seen by Filch when you go back with your friends."
"...Okay, we will be careful." Lily felt relieved when she saw that Snape was very sober and had no problem speaking.
But they don’t know that before being paralyzed by alcohol and losing consciousness, there is a state of drunkenness in which the person is very sober, but becomes more and more courageous.
He knew very clearly what he was doing, but his courage seemed to have been amplified by the alcohol, and he was ready to do things that he was usually hesitant to do.
For example, Snape met Voldemort on his way back. I have to say that the wizarding world is really too poor. It is such a small place that you can run into seventeen or eighteen acquaintances when walking back and forth on two streets.
There was a person lying on the ground, his life or death unknown. Snape frowned. Was his temper getting worse?
"Siv, let's go." Peacock didn't like this scene.
But Snape did not move. He stood there silently, looking at the completely different Riddle curiously.
Riddle also noticed Snape. He subconsciously touched his face and remembered that he had a cloak.
Then he looked at Snape standing there and watching him punish the useless guy under his feet who was more trouble than good.
The mistake was so obvious, so obvious that Riddle began to wonder whether those people were pure-bloods or idiots, or whether they were undercover agents from the Ministry of Magic.
He thought Snape would leave soon, but then he saw Snape still standing there, looking at him with a puzzled look.
His original idea of using his death to create the next Horcrux was forced to stop. He used a freezing spell to revive the unconscious man: "I will give you five days. Bring your results to see me, otherwise you will die."
Watching the man crawl away, Riddle also went upstairs into the empty tavern and watched Snape leave slowly.
"He didn't kill anyone, and it doesn't sound that bad," said Peacock.
"There must be a punishment that is more terrible than death." Snape went back through the passage, avoiding the patrolling Filch and the random appearance of Peeves.
As soon as he returned to the dormitory, the two-way mirror on the table vibrated. Snape picked up the phone and said, "Sir, it should be bedtime now."
"But I guess you didn't sleep." Riddle said firmly.
Because I just watched you leave and guessed the time you would arrive at the dormitory. He was lucky and the time he guessed was exactly right.
"You guessed right." Snape answered while looking for clothes. The mirror did not receive sound very well, so he put it in the inside pocket of his shirt.
Peacock was not interested in listening to their conversation and returned to his space to rest.
Riddle could not only hear Snape's voice, but also the steady sound of his heartbeat, which was a very suitable sound to listen to when sleeping. He hardly had a good sleep night because of the side effects of splitting his soul, but at this moment he felt sleepy.
He laughed unconsciously: "I can guess where you are going."
"Can you tell fortune?" Snape said this perfunctorily, because he also knew that they had just met.
Riddle thought of the places where he had divined their first and second encounters, and he smiled and nodded, "Perhaps it will be quite accurate."
"So where did I go?"
"It won't be a night tour, because today is Sunday and you can go wherever you want during the day, so the place you have to go at night...
A party at Hogsmeade?" That sort of thing can be easily found out.
Sirius Black's birthday party.
Thinking about the last time he saw them sitting at the same table at Lucius's wedding, it seemed that their relationship was better than he thought.
"Very accurate, much better than the fortune-telling teacher in our school."
Riddle chuckled. "I'm really flattered by the compliment."
Snape laughed now, his tone relaxed: "Can this mysterious fortune teller predict what I will do next?"
"Go wash up and go to bed." Riddle understood that this was Snape's way of saying goodbye to him.
"That's awesome. Bye then." Snape wanted to hang up the phone. He wanted to take a shower and go to bed.
