Chapter 45 Mirror Peacock

Snape thought he was cold and heartless enough, but when he used magic on his classmates, it was mostly Binding Spells. Today, when Lupin pounced on him, he used two Binding Spells but they were useless, so he used the Invisible Blade in a fit of anger.

Because he knew that some spells, even if they seemed to have little effect, could still be very harmful in certain situations. Even fluorescent flashes could blind a person if a wand was placed in front of their eyes.

He used magic cautiously, allowing it to become a better ladder for his own success rather than a pusher that led him into the abyss.

But it was a big mistake for Lupin to do it even though he knew it was dangerous. We have seen them go out at night many times before, so why was it that they were particularly lacking on this full moon night?

He needs to pay the price for his recklessness.

"Like me?" said Peacock.

"Yes." Everyone needs to pay the price for their wrong behavior.

Snape didn't know that in another timeline, he did the same thing. He stared into those green eyes, feeling his body temperature slowly fading away. The figure in front of him began to blur, and finally left this world lightly.

I know that my actions cannot make up for my mistakes, but those are issues that the living people have to think about and worry about, and have nothing to do with me. I have done everything I can.

Peacock buried his head in Snape's chest: "I thought so too!"

"That's great, we have the same idea." Snape comforted the still sobbing Peacock.

After a long while, Peacock returned to the space. After dressing up carefully, he raised his head proudly and said, "Then I must bring back the best things to the fairyland. Fairies don't look down on ordinary things."

Snape agreed: "Well, the best."

After a full night's rest, Snape went to find Dumbledore at dawn. Because of what happened yesterday, James and Snape all took leave today.

Arriving at Dumbledore's office, Snape asked directly: "If I keep the secret, what will be your compensation to me? What will be the punishment for Lupin and the others?"

Dumbledore looked at Snape and poured him a cup of sweet tea with a smile: "Mr. Snape, do you remember that the school is forbidden to go out at night?"

"I am willing to accept the same punishment for wandering at night as Potter and the others, but what is the punishment for instigating werewolves to wander at night and being an illegal Animagus?" If they have to be punished, then they should be punished together, but Potter and the others must be punished more severely than him.

Snape would never give up punishing Lupin and the others because of that little problem.

Dumbledore: ...

"Will you keep it a secret?" Dumbledore asked again.

"Werewolf is a disease, so I naturally wouldn't embarrass a poor patient. However, I want to see fairness and justice, to see that they won't commit the same offense again, and to see that the scene from last night never happens again before I can refrain from embarrassing a patient.

Tolerance should be based on the ability to protect ourselves, right?" Snape didn't flinch at all, staring straight at Dumbledore.

He has always been very stubborn, but most of the time he used this stubbornness in his exploration of magic and potions, which made others think that he seemed to be very easy to compromise.

In fact, he is as stubborn as a donkey. Once he makes up his mind, he will stick to it.

Dumbledore seemed to see the shadow of another person through Snape in a trance.

The figure of the man who stirred up trouble in the wizarding world.

They were strangely similar, like venomous snakes with smooth scales and bright colors, determined to strike, waiting in the dark for their next strike.

Tom Riddle.
