With reinforcements arriving, Secretary Guo felt a surge of confidence.
With a grim expression, he said, "Zhou Yi, if you surrender now and agree to what you just asked, I can pretend nothing happened!"
Zhou Yi smiled faintly.

As soon as he finished speaking, all the armed personnel turned their guns and pointed them at Secretary Guo.

Secretary Guo's expression changed again.
He finally realized the terror of those with superpowers.
Zhou Yi lightly leaped onto the desk, and the burning flames automatically dispersed.
He looked down at Secretary Guo and said, "In the eyes of superhumans, you are nothing but an ordinary person. I can kill you with just a flick of my finger."

The automatic rifle fired wildly at the ceiling.
Secretary Guo slumped to the ground, his face filled with fear.
More and more people flocked to the door of the secretary's office.
Soon, Gong Yan stepped out from the crowd and came to Zhou Yi's side, asking with concern, "What's wrong? Are you alright?"

He gave a brief account of what had just happened.
Gong Yan stepped forward and looked down at Secretary Guo.

Ouyang Fei glanced at Guo Ming, who was lying in the corner, a hint of murderous intent flashing in her eyes. Then she turned around and followed Zhou Yi and the other two.
"Quick! Take my son to the hospital!" Secretary Guo shouted as he staggered to his feet.
"I'll do it!" someone said, casting a healing spell on Guo Ming.
Guo Ming woke up from his coma, but the intense pain all over his body made him scream in agony.
"Zhou Yi! I'm going to kill you!"
He managed to squeeze out a few words through gritted teeth before falling into a coma again.
