At this moment, his accomplices were disguising themselves as ordinary people and searching for Green Wing's accomplices on nearby high-rise buildings in order to disarm the explosive devices in their hands.
Gu Qinye didn't want to wear the handcuffs, but the situation forced him to do so. Even though he was extremely reluctant, he had to delay the time as much as possible to ensure that Green Wing would not kill hostages indiscriminately during this period.
At this moment, the attention of the onlookers was completely focused on Blue Arc, including the hostages and gangsters behind Green Wing.

Then, the restraints dragged their bodies upwards, some were hung on billboards, and some were hung on traffic lights.
The gangsters roared and struggled, and the guns in their hands fell to the ground.
Hearing the noise, Blue Arc and Green Wing were both stunned for a moment, then turned their heads to look.
At this moment, under the fashion billboard, there was a huge, pitch-black "worm pupa" hanging upside down.
Under the moonlight, this strange thing stood quietly in the air. It looked like an insect pupa from a close distance and a spider from a distance. A black spider web spread out with it as the center, trapping all five gangsters in the web.
They were like a group of prey caught in a trap, hung in the air by pitch-black restraints, unable to break free. At first they still had the energy to curse, but the harder they struggled, the tighter the restraints became.
In the end, all that came out of their mouths were a series of low whimpers and shrill screams, and the curses mixed in were no longer there.
Looking at this scene, Green Wing was stunned for a moment, then he raised his right hand and pointed at the black "worm pupa" angrily.
He turned around and yelled at Blue Arc, "Is this your man?! I should have told you that if you act rashly, I will immediately have someone detonate the bomb on the hostage!"
