After finishing the book!
It has been 457 days since I started writing this book, and I have written a total of 3.15 million words. It is also the longest book in my writing career.
I originally wanted to start a health regimen, but the longer I wrote, the longer it got, from the initial one million words to the current more than three million words, and the more stories, but my body really couldn't take it anymore.
Old readers should be able to feel that from not taking a day off at the beginning, to taking frequent days off at the end, many readers are unhappy, but I can't help it. After all, my body can't take it anymore. Every day when I wake up, my fingers or eyes hurt, and recently I have frequent insomnia.
At first, I went to bed at around 1 a.m., but now I can't sleep until 3 or 4 a.m. It's not because I'm selling it badly, but I just feel a little emotional. After all, I have been working hard to improve this book. I want to write it well, so I torture myself, revising the manuscript and the plot over and over again. When I see everyone's good feedback in the end, I will be very excited.
But there is a saying that the author is a bus, people keep getting on and people get off.
But in the end, there are still about 4,000 subscriptions and 12,000 average subscriptions. Thank you very much for your support.
But I will force myself to write later. I estimate that due to my physical condition, the level will decline, and I will ask for leave more and more frequently. I am also a reader of books, and I know very well that this is a bad reading experience, so starting from 2.8 million words, I started to speed up all the plots and strive for a perfect ending for all the characters.
As for the plot, it was set up from the beginning as a game of forbidden truth, so there is not much sense of urgency at all. Taboos are not taboos, and the top great beings dare not mess around. Ordinary gods are fleeced in various ways.
So after becoming the true king, all the plots have stopped. The protagonist is invincible in the world. Even if the God of One is resurrected, it has no effect on the truth. He can protect the people around him, but he just wants to see if there is any new hope.
So all the endings are good. The protagonist should take what he wants, and those who like him will stay by his side, and stay in heaven to live a peaceful life slowly.
If you force it to continue, it will be a dog tail. To be honest, the monthly income is not low, but I think... when the moon is full, it will overflow. Sometimes it is not a bad thing to retreat bravely.
Leave a perfect space for imagination in the story, let everyone be happy together, and don't let the story become cumbersome, otherwise it will be ugly.
As for whether Huangmao's story is over?
I can say clearly that it is not.
The world view of the next book is also connected. Huangmao will serve as the background board and the forbidden perspective overlooking eternity, and it will also be related.
By then, the little spiders will no longer be cute pets, but evil gods overlooking eternity.
There will probably be connections by then.
The main reason is that I think it is not in line with Shushu's character for him not to come out and make a fuss.
As for the style, it is to be determined. It should be a combination of traditional folk customs and oriental system, and incorporate my own unique understanding of the system.
The style is definitely the same as always, but after writing a book, people complained that it was too two-dimensional, or the plot was too awkward, etc. I will learn from the lesson, and will work harder in the next book to write a better work.
Here, I always thank the readers who silently support, such as Huanxiangjia, who has been silently voting for support, and Guangdong Buyer Big Brother Alliance Leader. I feel guilty for the extra chapters I owe, and I will add them back in the next book. Thank you very much. There are also many, many readers who have been silently supporting Black Bird. Thank you very much.
If I feel better later, I will also add some extra chapters. You can leave a message to tell me whose you want to see.
For example, Collector
Yu Xiyan...
Chiyue Meng, etc....
or others...
Here, I once again thank the readers who have been silently supporting and subscribing, and I hope everyone will have good luck this year.
As for when I will come back, it should be next year. During this period, in addition to taking care of my body and adjusting my schedule, I will learn more information and look for some interesting folk customs. As for the specific topics I will write about, I will wait and see next year.
I hope the new book can still attract all my good friends.
Here, Black Bird, Lu Yu, Little Spider, Egg, Shu Shu, Paper Knight, Red Rabbit, Lu Xi, Lu Ming, Xiao Yu, White Fox Boss and all the mouse clones bid farewell to everyone.
Goodbye, new book!
