"Not sharp enough." Wang Han looked at Kuina, who was being overwhelmed by Luffy. If Kuina hadn't been resurrected using Edo Tensei, she probably would have been defeated by Luffy several times over. Wang Han spoke to Kuina in the midst of the battle: "A sword cuts the body, but the heart cuts the soul. Your heart isn't sharp enough. The scabbard in your hand is still just a scabbard. If you want the scabbard to become a sword, you must make it sharp. First, your heart must be sharp. Use the sharpness in your heart to make it even sharper."
"Isn't my heart sharp enough? Isn't my determination to cut off his hand enough?" Upon hearing this, Kuina smiled. She had finally received Wang Han's guidance. The next moment, facing Luffy's attack, Kuina actually gave up defense and focused all her attention on her sword, letting Luffy's fists hit her body and continuously damage her.
"Now!" After struggling for half a minute, feeling as if the scabbard in her hand had turned into a sword, Kuina immediately swung the scabbard and slashed at Luffy's arm.
"Ouch." The next moment, a shallow wound appeared on Luffy's hand. He had been cut by Kuina, although the wound looked more like a scrape.
"Kuina has a high level of comprehension." Looking at Kuina who had finally managed to hurt Luffy, Wang Han sincerely praised her and made a decision in his heart.
"Ouch!" Luffy cried out in pain again, as another abrasion appeared on his hand. This time, the wound was deeper and narrower than the previous one.
"Someone interesting has arrived." Wang Han, who was watching Kuina fight Luffy, glanced at the wall that Dadan had smashed. Wang Han could sense that someone much stronger than Dadan and the other bandits was rushing over from that direction. Remembering the dog-headed warship he saw on the shore, Wang Han guessed that the person was Garp.
“Peng”.
Sure enough, a few seconds later, Garp crashed through the wall and rushed in.
"Looks like we've arrived." Garp, who had just entered, breathed a sigh of relief as he looked at Luffy fighting Kuina and the bandits lying on the ground, their legs too weak to stand. It was good that everyone was alright.
Then Garp glanced at the black-armored man sitting to the side, watching Kuina and Luffy fight. Instinctively, Garp's muscles tensed. The black-armored man gave him a dangerous feeling; he was definitely a powerful figure who had crawled out of countless battles, his body reeking of a thick, nauseating stench of blood. Compared to him, the battles Garp had participated in during his decades-long naval career were like children playing house. This man had absolutely been forged in real war; this wasn't just being baptized in killing, this person lived in killing, grew up in killing.
Garp knew he was no match for this man, and if they fought, he would likely be killed very quickly.
"Garp." Wang Han looked at Garp, got up and walked over.
Hearing his name emanate from the masked man in black armor, watching the man rise and walk towards him, and feeling the even stronger stench of blood, Garp's entire body trembled uncontrollably. It wasn't excitement, but fear; his cells were instinctively terrified, as if he had fallen into an ice cave. It was as if the one approaching was not a human, but a cold death god from hell, confirming his name and about to drag his soul into hell.
"Ouch, that hurts."
Luffy's cry of pain reached Garp's ears. Luffy's arm had been slashed again by Kuina with her scabbard, but this time the wound was similar to the last one.
"Luffy, run!" Seeing Luffy's bleeding arm, Garp was immediately jolted awake. Without hesitation, he rushed towards Luffy. The person Luffy was fighting was nothing special, but this black-armored man was far too terrifying. He dared not let Luffy stay for even a second.
"It's not a good habit to interrupt other people's battles." Seeing Garp's actions, Wang Han quickly appeared in front of Garp, and his armored fist swiftly punched towards Garp's face.
"So fast." Looking at Wang Han who appeared in front of him, and at the fist that left afterimages, Garp hurriedly raised his hand to block, his arm covered with jet-black Armament Haki.
"Boom..." The next moment, Garp was punched away by Wang Han, crashing through the wall and flying out at high speed.
"That was Armament Haki just now, and it's really tough." After knocking Garp away, Wang Han clenched his fist. That punch was harder than hitting steel. He hadn't even broken Garp's arm with his strength. You have to know that Wang Han's physical fitness is very strong. He has put a lot of effort into training his body. Even without using any cheat codes, he is still very powerful. Moreover, he has multiple superpowers such as strength and speed that automatically help him grow. Now, even if Wang Han can't knock down a mountain with one punch, it's just a matter of a few more punches.
"Such powerful strength. Without Armament Haki covering it, my arm would definitely have been broken." Garp, who was sent flying by Wang Han, was covered with pitch-black Armament Haki. He flipped in the air and his feet left two long marks in the ground.
"I absolutely, absolutely have to save Luffy." After stopping, Garp immediately rushed towards the cabin again.
“There’s another target in this world.” Wang Han smiled as he watched Garp, who was charging back covered in jet-black Armament Haki. “Now let me see just how far you can go.”
"I will absolutely, absolutely not let you hurt Luffy!" Garp shouted as he rushed in, charging towards Luffy once more.
"If you care so much about that kid, then you should try to get past him." Wang Han blocked Garp again, and his fist once again flew towards Garp, leaving afterimages.
"Bang!" Facing Wang Han's fist, Garp's block was still somewhat rushed; Wang Han's speed was too fast. However, this time Garp was not sent flying by Wang Han; he only staggered back a little, leaving two furrows in the ground beneath his feet.
"I won't let you knock me away again," Garp said through gritted teeth, charging towards Wang Han once more while shouting at Luffy, "Luffy, run!"
The black-armored man was too fast; he knew he couldn't escape with Luffy. So he changed his strategy: he would rather die than let the black-armored masked man escape alone.
He was trying to hold me back so Luffy could escape. Seeing Garp charging towards him without hesitation, Wang Han threw another punch. As Garp raised his hand to block, Wang Han struck Garp in the abdomen with his other hand.
"Bang!" Garp, unable to change his blocking technique in time, was hit solidly in the abdomen by Wang Han's punch and was sent flying again. Although Garp was very determined, the difference in strength was still too obvious.
