Once out of the forest, Uncle Nine looked at the burning church and the four weeping nuns, and felt uneasy. He quickly went to Qiu Sheng's side and asked, "Qiu Sheng, Fang, what happened?"
“Master…” Ah Fang looked at Uncle Jiu and fell silent, not knowing how to begin.
“Master, the security captain brought soldiers to burn the bats, and they happened to see the church explode. The security captain said that the church was hiding explosives.” Qiu Sheng said to Uncle Jiu, “The abbess of the church has been executed on the spot, and her body was burned along with the church.”
"Hiding explosives." Upon hearing this, Uncle Nine fell silent. Apart from the little zombie, he knew best where the explosives came from.
“Master, these four are now homeless, so let them stay at the mortuary for the time being,” Qiu Sheng said, pointing to the four young nuns.
“Alright. Our mortuary will cover your food, clothing, and lodging.” Uncle Nine agreed without hesitation. “Let’s go back first.”
————————————
After returning to the mortuary, Uncle Nine arranged accommodations for the four young nuns and then had Qiu Sheng and Ah Fang show them around the mortuary.
"You can't go into this room. Inside is the jar that Master used to seal away evil spirits," Qiu Sheng said, pointing to a room.
"Yes." The four young nuns quickly nodded, secretly deciding that they would never go in for the rest of their lives.
“That room over there is where coffins are kept; you can’t go in there,” Qiu Sheng said, pointing to the room on the other side.
The young nuns nodded and carefully took notes.
"What's in that room?" a young nun asked, pointing to a locked room next to their quarters, worried that it might also be a room where something unclean was kept.
"That room..." Qiu Sheng fell silent upon hearing this. After a long while, he said with emotion, "In short, we can't go into that room."
"Ah Fang, what's in that room?" a nun quietly asked Ah Fang.
“I don’t know either.” Upon hearing this, Ah Fang shook his head. “Master and my senior brother never allow me to go in, and they have never told me about it. However, they clean that room regularly. I don’t know what’s inside. Sometimes Master would stare at that room in a daze and say things like ‘what a pity.’ Once, I was curious and tried to sneak a peek, but Master found out and beat me up. However, it seems to be an uninhabited room.”
"Phew." Hearing this, the nuns all breathed a sigh of relief. It was just a room, so they were relieved.
"You still dare to say that? Be careful, or your master will beat you up." Qiu Sheng glared at Fang.
Ah Fang immediately shut up.

That night, Uncle Nine looked at the room where Wang Han used to live and sighed.
Today's events revealed many strange aspects. There must be something he didn't know about or some deal involved. The security captain was definitely targeting the church deliberately, twice using the pretext of bats to burn down the church and the bats. This time, he found a reason to kill the church's abbot because of the bomb incident. But he didn't know what the real reason was. Also, he could sense that the father and daughter who claimed to be from the Los family were definitely figures of darkness. From their words, he knew that a very powerful force was hiding in the shadows. The vanished Wang Han might also be related to that force, or even be part of it.
————————————————
In the seaside port city under the cover of night, a dozen or so ninjas, wielding samurai swords and dressed in black ninja attire, formed a circle, defending their surroundings. On the ground and in the corners of buildings nearby, more than a dozen corpses, also dressed in ninja clothing, lay silently.
Around these ninjas, black figures darted swiftly through the night sky and between houses, occasionally tossing out dark red energy balls, seeking opportunities to launch sneak attacks when the ninjas were distracted.
"Baka! What the hell are these things?" One of the ninjas cursed, staring at the seemingly unkillable monsters before him. He then asked one of the more skilled ninjas, "Lord Saga, what should we do now?"
"These guys are Western vampires; we have to destroy their hearts to truly kill them. Defend first, look for an opportunity. I've already sent someone out through the secret passage to seek help from the Iga-ryu ninjas," said the strongest ninja among the dozen or so. Silver weapons are best for dealing with vampires, but unfortunately, none of them possess them; they did have some silver notes on them, though.
"Ah!" A scream rang out as a ninja, distracted by their conversation, had half his head torn off by sharp claws. A black figure quickly retreated into the distance after succeeding.
"Die!" Upon seeing this, Zuo He waved his hand, and more than a dozen cross-shaped darts flew out, shooting into the black figure's body before it could retreat far.
"Thud thud thud..." The sound of darts piercing bodies rang out one after another. The retreating figure staggered and continued to retreat into the distance.
"Baka!" Saga cursed as the dart aimed at his heart was blocked by the opponent's arm.
————————————————
"Your Highness." In the dark sky, an old man dressed in vampire attire flew up and said to one of the young men among the three people watching the battle from the sky, "These ninjas are unpredictable and fearless. It will be difficult to defeat them in a short time. I have already lost more than ten of my clansmen."
“It will be difficult to take them down in a short time.” Upon hearing this, the man addressed as the prince coldly looked at the old man and said, “Marquis Andrew, Marquis Jacob, and Marquis Sith did not send anyone to say this. They have also suffered considerable losses of their clansmen. Do you want me to pass on your words to the master? You have already suffered heavy losses in dealing with the ninja forces outside of the three major factions of Japan. Hmm.”
