"Captain, what do we do? That man is..." A mercenary quietly approached the middle-aged man in white armor, cold sweat dripping from his forehead, and whispered. He had seen Wang Han in the market.
"Shut up, Bot. Let's pretend we don't know anything. Don't show it and don't tell anyone." Before the mercenary could continue, the middle-aged man quickly covered his mouth and whispered.
Upon hearing this, Mercenary Bot nodded, but he was still very worried.
“He accepted the mission to clear out bandits in the Ten Thousand Mountains, so we absolutely cannot go to the Ten Thousand Mountains.” The mercenary leader thought for a moment and said, “We’ll slip away halfway and say we’re going on a mission along the way. We’ll take at least a day. We’ll run as far as we can. Since that bastard Lai brought him in, let him leave behind those he brought with him. Once we’re far away, we’ll send him a magical message saying that we all died on the mission. This is our last message.”
"But Commander, what about the mission?" Bote asked.
