Chapter 540 Just for this

"Mmm." Xia Shiqi nodded obediently, closed her eyes, and buried her head in Wang Han's arms.

Seeing this, Wang Han gently stroked Xia Shiqi's head, then looked up, his gaze turning cold, his voice low and chilly.

"You've scared my little princess again!"

As Wang Han spoke coldly, a murderous aura instantly filled the entire courtyard. The hearts of all the thugs surrounding Wang Han raced, their blood seemed to freeze, and a nameless fear rose from the depths of their hearts, amplifying infinitely.

"Kill him!" Overwhelmed by a strange, immense fear, an elderly man in fine clothes standing beside the burly man who had initially questioned Wang Han couldn't bear it any longer and shouted loudly to the thugs surrounding him. Questioning and interrogation were no longer important; they had to kill this terrifying man as quickly as possible.

"Da da da..."

"Bang bang bang..."

As the old man spoke, gunfire erupted from all sorts of guns. A hail of bullets whistled towards Wang Han in an instant.

"Clang...!"

"Ding ding ding...!"

In a flash, Wang Han drew his short knife with one hand, creating a series of afterimages. The blade flashed like lightning, leaving behind a trail of afterimages. However, this time Wang Han did not slash the bullets with the knife, but blocked them, and for each bullet blocked, Wang Han applied some force to his wrist.

"Puff puff puff..."

The sound of bullets piercing flesh rang out continuously, and blood splattered everywhere. To everyone's disbelief, Wang Han did not move an inch, but only moved one hand. Sparks flashed all over his body, but not a drop of blood was seen. He actually blocked all the bullets with his knife and deflected them all back, accurately hitting the heads of the thugs who were firing.

The gunfire started quickly and stopped just as fast. Almost three seconds after it began, the shooting ceased, and the thugs who had fired fell to the ground beside the others. The bullets they had fired had ultimately struck them between the eyebrows.

"Gulp...!" Upon seeing the terrifying and bizarre Wang Han, the thugs surrounding him fell silent, their shouts turning into the sound of swallowing saliva.

"You trash, I'm giving you one second to kneel down, or you're dead." Wang Han's murderous voice rang in everyone's ears. The intense and terrifying killing intent created illusions that appeared in their minds as if mountains of corpses and seas of blood were being recreated, making them feel as if they were actually there.

"Thud!" As soon as Wang Han finished speaking, more than 90% of the thugs were so frightened that they knelt down on the ground. Their so-called brotherhood, courage, and backbone in the underworld had completely disappeared after experiencing Wang Han's murderous aura.

"Thud!" The remaining few also knelt down. Even though they were better than the others, they were not facing a human being, but a real, countless-killing demon.

"Hmph, scum!" Wang Han snorted coldly. These people had lost their moral compass after getting involved in the underworld. They trafficked drugs, forced women into prostitution, kidnapped people, killed entire families, and were even capable of any evil. All they cared about was face and profit. Wang Han didn't even bother to look at them. He picked up Xia Shiqi and walked towards the terrified old man in fine clothes. He walked through the courtyard, up the stairs, and down the corridor.

As Wang Han walked past them, everyone trembled, lowered their heads, and knelt on the ground, daring only to look at Wang Han's feet, not his face. Fear was the only feeling in their hearts, even making them forget to think.

"Why don't you kneel?" Wang Han approached the elderly man in fine clothes, looked at him sitting on the ground, and said coldly.

Upon hearing Wang Han's words, the elderly man in fine clothes trembled, struggling to get up, even just a little, so he could kneel before Wang Han. It wasn't that he didn't want to kneel, but his body was too terrified to move.

"You, who have committed countless evil deeds, have no right to do so." Looking at the richly dressed old man struggling to kneel, Wang Han sneered, his short knife flashing like lightning. He then carried Xia Shiqi back to the center of the courtyard.

"Crash..." As Wang Han turned the corner, the old man in fine clothes was instantly scattered on the ground like a pile of minced meat, which made those who saw this scene even more frightened.

“Today, your heads will remain on your necks. I know this is where the snake people are most numerous, and I know you must have a way to solve the problem of identity for illegal immigrants. Get me and my little princess two legal identity documents. I want to see them before me by ten o'clock tomorrow morning.” Wang Han said as he walked past the kneeling people. “Otherwise, none of you here today will live. Don’t even think about escaping. Even though there are many of you, I can still easily find you all. You can try. If you don’t want your heads, give me another reason to kill you.”

"Also, I hate drugs and forcing women into prostitution. If I ever see even the slightest trace of them in the future, I'll make sure you wish you were dead!"

Hearing Wang Han's words, everyone trembled, no one daring to speak. Fear seemed to have taken root, tightly binding everyone's heart. Escape? No one dared to try. Even after Wang Han left, no one dared to stand up. No one imagined that this mysterious man had come to Pig Cage Village, killed so many people, all for this: to obtain two legitimate identities.

It shouldn't have been like this; the other party could have done it for a little money. Unfortunately, someone foolishly provoked Wang Han, and the reason happened to be something that touched a soft spot in Wang Han's heart.

"What should we do?" After Wang Han left, there was a long silence before someone finally mustered the courage to ask.

Yes, what to do? This question crossed everyone's minds. Run? Dare they? If they didn't run, they could survive; if they ran, they would die if found. Nobody knew if that person could really find them all, even if it was just a possibility. What if they were the ones found?
