Chapter 596 Evolution of the Chaos Demon God, Hidden Uses of the Theft Hack

"I'm starting!" In the chaos, after reviewing the new cheat system and experimenting with it for a while (it will be used later), Wang Han said to himself. This was a farewell to his former self. Once the evolution cheat system begins, Wang Han will become a completely new Wang Han, the Chaos Demon God Wang Han. (His thoughts will remain largely unchanged.) And evolving into the Chaos Demon God is only the first step in Wang Han's evolution.

"Evolution Cheat!" After bidding farewell to his former self, Wang Han used the Evolution Cheat on himself. Special energy formed a sphere enveloping him, and with evolution, Wang Han's human appearance began to change. Adapting to chaos, constantly changing, evolving, and regressing, this was Wang Han's continuous evolution, adapting to the rules within chaos. Wang Han's body also changed color, constantly moving closer to the deep gray of the origin of chaos.

As Wang Han evolved, the chaotic energy within the chaos began to gather towards him, entering the sphere that enveloped him. Ultimately, it was absorbed by Wang Han's body and became a part of him during the evolution process.

————————————————

As Wang Han evolved, five thousand years quickly passed again, and Hongjun began his second sermon.

Three thousand years passed, the second sermon ended, and ten thousand years passed, the third sermon began.

During the time that Hongjun was preaching, the prehistoric world was very peaceful. The great powers of the prehistoric world were all in seclusion cultivating and consolidating their gains. Since the great powers did not cause trouble, there were no major incidents. Even the Wu and Yao races did not start a large-scale war.

————————————————

"Eighteen thousand years, finally the evolution is complete! As expected, it has finally evolved into a human form. The human form is the most compatible with the Dao." Deep in the chaos, Wang Han's human form remained unchanged. He did not transform into a monster-like body, but his physique appeared more natural. He was imposing, enormous, and hundreds of feet tall. His skin had turned a chaotic gray-blue. His body, face, and hands were covered with strange patterns composed of lines of varying thickness and length, almost covering his entire body. These were all lines of law, but the thickness and length of the lines represented the degree to which Wang Han had absorbed these laws.

After evolving into a Chaos Demon God, Wang Han's strength reached the level of a Great Luo Golden Immortal.

The Great Luo Golden Immortal is a huge watershed. Below the Great Luo Golden Immortal level, one only has a superficial understanding of the power of the laws. At most, one can only borrow a small amount of the laws in nature to amplify one's attacks. Upon reaching the Great Luo Golden Immortal level, one can comprehend the laws and be able to mobilize (not borrow) the power of the laws that exist in nature. One can also cause a qualitative change in one's energy, and one's attacks and spells will undergo a qualitative change. This is also a necessary requirement for advancing to the Great Luo Golden Immortal level.

(This can be understood as follows: the laws are like cheat codes, energy is the power source for activating the cheat codes, and the strength of the cheat codes reflects the level of comprehension.)

Without comprehending the laws, even with abundant internal energy, one is still no match for a Grand Luo Golden Immortal in terms of the application of the laws. The difference lies in the vast gap in their ability to apply the laws. To fight beyond one's level, one must undergo a qualitative change in their energy or some other aspect, possess special abilities, or have a magical treasure that inherently contains powerful laws. This is a significant dividing line in cultivation levels. Grand Luo Golden Immortals experience greater amplification through the laws, and their inherent strength is generally much stronger than that of a Taiyi Golden Immortal, with only very few exceptions. For example, the Heavenly Dao or the Great Dao might grant them special privileges, allowing them to benefit even more.

(A state of mind is not a state of being; what one comprehends is a state of mind, what one cultivates is a state of being, what one trains is the physical body, and what one nurtures is the soul.)

Once one's cultivation reaches the Great Luo Golden Immortal level, further progress requires a deeper understanding of the laws. Reaching the Quasi-Saint level signifies the ability to control the laws, a significantly greater gap. A Saint, on the other hand, requires complete mastery of one or more laws to be considered a Saint; for example, the Three Thousand Chaos Demon Gods represent the Quasi-Saint and Saint levels.

(Becoming a saint under the Heavenly Dao is even more difficult, as will be explained later.)

Wang Han, on the other hand, is a Great Luo Golden Immortal who has absorbed the chaotic energy. His own energy has undergone a qualitative change. Without relying on any external cheats, Wang Han is strong enough to fight against a Quasi-Saint based solely on his own strength.

Within Wang Han's body, the diverse energies that were once present have now transformed into a single, chaotic energy. Chakra, Haki, supernatural abilities, Devil Fruit powers, and spiritual energy have all been completely absorbed by this higher-level chaotic energy. However, this does not mean that Wang Han is unable to use these abilities, spells, or ninjutsu.

Chaos energy is the source of all energy evolution. Using chaos energy, one can also use these abilities and spells, not only with effects ten times or even a hundred times stronger, but also with the special attribute of energy absorption. If they were to clash spells, as long as the energy level used is inferior to Wang Han's, Wang Han would have a significant advantage.

(To add, not everyone can use the Chaos Qi. There were many great gods in the primordial world, but very few could use the Chaos Qi.)

The body of the Chaos Demon God not only made Wang Han physically stronger, but also had another advantage: it could absorb a certain amount of low-energy spell attacks. Although it was not immune, if the attacks were not accompanied by law attacks, they would have to be of a certain quality and quantity to harm Wang Han's body.

"I have the physical body! It's time to start cultivating, I'm going to start cultivating like a cheat code!" Feeling his powerful physical body, Wang Han looked at the chaotic energy that filled the chaos, his eyes shining with determination.

"Theft cheat!" In the next moment, the theft cheat was continuously used by Wang Han. In the chaos, gray light orbs kept emerging from the chaotic energy, flying into Wang Han's hand, and then Wang Han pressed them into his body one by one.

The Theft Hack allows one to steal any item, including energy. Another characteristic of the Theft Hack is that everything stolen can be used on oneself without any side effects, as if it were something one already possessed. In some ways, the energy obtained through the Theft Hack is more readily usable than energy gained through diligent cultivation; the only difference lies in the method of application.

My own theft cheat is based on the Dao, so it is also applicable to the chaotic energy.

This was a hidden use of the theft cheat that Wang Han knew before. Unfortunately, without a powerful physical body, no matter how well he controlled his own energy, his body still had its limits. Just like now, although Wang Han already had the body of a Chaos Demon God, he could not possibly convert all the chaotic energy into his own. His body was like a container; if it couldn't hold it, it simply couldn't hold it. Even if Wang Han could resurrect infinitely, he would only explode without limit until he gave up.

Physical body, soul, and state of mind have always been the factors limiting Wang Han's growth. What Wang Han needs to do is find a way to continuously strengthen his foundation so that he can become stronger in all aspects. And his realm is the key to determining the strength of Wang Han's external cheat.

As Wang Han continuously stole the surrounding chaotic energy, transforming it into orbs of light and pressing them into his body, his cultivation level began to surge wildly. From mid-stage Great Luo Golden Immortal to late-stage Great Luo Golden Immortal, peak Great Luo Golden Immortal, and early-stage Quasi-Saint, Wang Han's strength once again increased by a significant level.

Wang Han stopped at the early stage of Quasi-Saint, his energy cultivation at that stage was...
