Chapter 17 Don’t you think they are a couple?

The Mid-Autumn Festival market has changed from a previous trading fair to an activity that is half trading and half entertainment.

Not only were there a crowd of people surrounding the stalls selling things, but there were also quite a few people around the ring-tossing stalls.

Wei Lai was still choosing his target. Qing Ting quietly let go of his hand, walked around the crowd, and when she came back, she leaned close to his ear and blew gently.

"What are you doing?" Wei Lai shuddered and took a half step back.

"Do you want me to go first?" Qingting smiled and shook the hoop in her hand.

[Yeah, if she does it first, I just need to use something better than hers.]

Wei Lai's eyes lit up and he took a half step back.

"Then put it on first."

Qingting practiced with the hoop, then turned to look at Wei Lai.

"I just said the thing in the set, I'll give it to you."

There was a group of passers-by watching around, and their eyes were also on Wei Lai, which made him feel embarrassed.

It feels so embarrassing for a boy like me to ask girls to give me things.

"That's what I said at the beginning, but if I lose, I'll give it to you."

"Well, then you choose. If you win, the things will be given to you." Qingting pulled Wei Lai to her side again and pointed at the things on the stall.

"How despicable! You have an excuse for losing like this, but are you really going to trick me into choosing something? You're not trying to trick me again, are you? 】

"Please be quick. You are just kids. If you can't fit the items, you will get one from the first row." The uncle who was selling the goods began to get impatient. Although the two kids were cute, he was not happy about it affecting his business.

Wei Lai felt embarrassed because the uncle urged him to do so.

[She won't choose anything I put on anyway, so I'll just pick one at random.]

Wei Lai looked around, pointed to a pendant in the second row, and then stepped aside.

"This is it."

"Yeah, okay."

Qingting threw the hoop towards the pendant without any hesitation.

When the stall owner handed the pendant to Wei Lai, his eyes were full of disbelief. Qingting really did what he said.

"What's wrong? Don't you like it? Do you want to choose another one?"

"No, thanks. You can choose for yourself."

Qingting blinked and looked at him in confusion. Wei Lai waved his hands quickly and looked at the pendant figurine in his hand, feeling an indescribable feeling in his heart.

【Could it be that she really just wanted to give me something? 】

After hearing Wei Lai's inner thoughts, Qingting looked at the half-human-high Pikachu doll in the distance, and with a whoosh, threw the two hoops in her hands at the same time.

Wei Lai's attention was all on Qingting. She was trying too hard and couldn't even stand steadily. One foot was lifted up behind her, lifting up her light blue skirt. Her body was swaying as if she was about to fall.

When he reached out to help, the crowd behind him exclaimed. Realizing something was wrong, he turned to look in the direction where Qingting threw the hoop.

One hoop hit the puppet, and after the puppet shook slightly, the other hoop happened to hang on its ear.

The uncle who was setting up the stall suddenly changed his expression and turned around to get a new doll from his cloth bag.

Wei Lai's face didn't look very good either. He turned his head stiffly and looked at Qing Ting who had already stood up on her own.

"Did you play often?"

"No, this is not the first time. I have already caught one, so I just threw the rest away." Qingting lowered her head to tidy up her skirt. When she raised her head again, she saw the doll in the quilt, and a hint of surprise flashed in her eyes.

I originally just wanted to give it a try after securing my chance, but I didn’t expect that I would win as the people around me said.

"All right."

Wei Lai was a little depressed. If he had triggered the ability just now and knew this would happen, he would have let her use up another ring.

[No, I can't give up. I just need to get two of those stuffed dolls.]

Qingting took a small step closer to Wei Lai and pointed at three puppets in the distance.

"You have three chances. Maybe you can get three right. There's still a chance. Come on."

"I know, you don't have to tell me."

Wei Lai stared at the puppet in the distance, waiting for his ability to be triggered, and then sure enough, a picture entered his mind.

There were only three dolls, and I threw each one once, but none of them hit.

[Then concentrate on throwing one first. As long as you hit it, there's still a chance to tie.]

Wei Lai kept adjusting his position and chose a rabbit doll with its ears also erected.

The first one hit the puppet's body, and the second one flew over its ear.

Just as the last hoop hooked the rabbit doll's ear, the ear drooped and the hoop fell off.

"Why is this happening? They're clearly hooked."

Three consecutive failures made Wei Lai very distressed.

"Maybe you gave all your luck to me." Qingting pulled his hand, stuck out her pink tongue, and comforted him.

The people around nodded and felt that this explanation was reasonable.

Although you may know the method, you still need luck to succeed.

"Don't comfort me. How can I give luck to others?" Wei Lai turned his head and said depressedly.

"That's hard to say. I threw it with the hand I held before." Qingting said while holding Wei Lai's hand, which made him depressed and blushed. He lowered his head for fear of being seen.

The stall owner finally breathed a sigh of relief at this time. He had already given away a big doll, and if he gave away two more, his heart would bleed.

"Okay, little girl, take your prize and go somewhere else to play." At this moment, he just wanted Qingting to leave quickly.

After taking a look at the pendant still on Wei Lai's other hand, Qingting had an idea. She let go of Wei Lai's hand and ran to the stall owner.
