Chapter 33 Official Opening

Chapter 33 Official Opening

The services offered by Wanwan Pet Shop can be broadly divided into three categories: pet consultation and treatment services, pet shelter, and an open-air garden in the backyard with pet companionship as its theme.

A small table and chairs have been set up in the back garden. As for the pets that will accompany the customers... she will try her own cute pet on the first day. If the effect is not good, she will apply to adopt a few cats and dogs.

However, who doesn’t like to eat snacks while petting their pets?

Thinking of this, she persuaded the three cute pets curled up on the sofa to go to the back garden.

The dessert list I plan to recommend to customers today is honey sponge cake, and the drinks are latte and iced lemonade.

She had already put the honey cakes in the oven before breakfast. Now all she had to do was make some coffee and lemonade and wait for the large plate of small cakes on the table to cool.

In the past two days, she purchased a lot of baking ingredients and beverage ingredients from Star Network, so she doesn't have to worry about running out of food or drinks.

"It's done!" Tong Wanwan took off her apron and smiled. It had been a long time since she had experienced this kind of tormenting yet fulfilling feeling of anticipation.

The system exclaimed, clapping continuously: "Wanwan, you're truly amazing! You can take care of animals, treat pets, cook delicious meals, and even make desserts!"

Tong Wanwan was delighted to be praised, and couldn't help but smile. "It's almost time. I'll put the sign outside!"

Although the banner advertisement on the villa is also obvious, she wants to do better.

[Wanwan, come on!] The 1551 system cheered her on crazily.

"Thank you, Yi Yi." The girl was in a good mood.

The store officially opened at nine o'clock, but some customers couldn't wait and came a few minutes early in a hover car and parked in front of the villa.

Coincidentally, Tong Wanwan, who was outside the house, saw several guests getting out of the car and went to greet them.

"Good morning."

As soon as they got off the car, they met a well-known pet anchor who greeted them, and the guests were a little surprised.

"Good morning, Miss Wanwan!"

During the first two live broadcasts, some of them speculated that the young anchor with the ID "Wanwan", white teeth, red lips, and a pretty and sweet face, was just an amateur actor invited by the store manager, and that the store manager was actually someone else.

Now, they have given up the idea.

The black-haired girl standing at the door greeted them with the air of a shop owner, graceful and elegant. She was wearing a plain floral dress, with a slender waist that could be held in the hand, soft cheeks, and eyes as beautiful as stars that could be picked with one's hands.

"So pretty..." someone couldn't help but sigh softly, "I feel like Wanwan looks even prettier than she did on the live broadcast."

This group of guests were all friends who knew each other and wanted to take this opportunity to come together and have some fun. Tong Wanwan introduced the newly launched pet companionship theme and took them to the back garden.

The back garden had a large field of vibrant pink roses, a small, crystal-clear pond, soft lawns, and several solid wooden tables and cushioned chairs. On each table was a beautiful glass vase filled with delicate, water-soaked flowers.

"Oh my god..." One girl's eyes widened in amazement, "Is this really just a back garden?"

Other people's back gardens are more than ten times more beautiful than the park near her home.

While the guests were admiring the food, Tong Wanwan went to the kitchen and brought back honey cake, latte coffee and iced lemon water. She placed the plates on the table and arranged the cakes and drink cups one by one.

"Look!" Someone tiptoed towards the small pond and called out in a low voice.

Everyone couldn't help but look over there.

“!”

Beside the small pond, on the turquoise lawn, a small lion with fur as white as snow was napping lazily and swishing its tail. Next to it was a plump, palm-sized chinchilla. Both pets were wearing adorable little clothes.

When they looked closely, they saw a little bird in a princess dress standing on the chinchilla's head! It was a soft white ball with reddish-brown tail feathers that was particularly eye-catching.

"There are three! That little bird hasn't appeared in the live broadcast room. Is it a new one?"

"So cute, so adorable, I could really rock Shu Shu's maid outfit!"

"Woo woo woo, they all look like little angels. This is so great."

The guests approached cautiously, but did not dare to get too close, for fear of disturbing these little cuties resting on the lawn.

Tong Wanwan was setting out some delicious food, and when she turned around, she saw this somewhat funny scene.

"What's wrong with you?" She walked forward and asked with a smile, "Don't you want to play with them?"

Several guests looked at each other, "Can we...really?"

"This is a pet-themed backyard!" Tong Wanwan smiled sweetly, "Of course you can play with them."

She had consulted the three little ones about this playtime job!

"The little white lion is Cancan, the chinchilla is Yuanyuan, and the long-tailed tit on its head is Mengmeng," Tong Wanwan introduced. "Cancan doesn't like strangers touching him, but you can try getting along with him. Yuanyuan is very friendly and not afraid of strangers. She'll have fun playing with you! As for Mengmeng...she prefers to stay in a quiet environment."

After saying that, Tong Wanwan squatted down, started with Elvis, and rubbed the pets one by one, demonstrating to the guests the correct way to stroke the pets' fur that would make them feel comfortable.

She bent down and whispered something to the three cute pets:

"I'll leave it to you guys from now on. Make sure you get along well with the guests."

The computer just made a few noises, obviously another guest has arrived.

The little cuties nodded sweetly. Elvis looked at the guests and blinked slowly. Eli waved his paw at them, and Tracy used his best head tilt and opened his mouth to make a "chirp".

“Ahhhhhhhhhhh!”

The guests who had been waiting for a long time let out a series of shouts that were more excited and exaggerated than the voice barrage.

Tong Wanwan: “…”

Sure enough, no one can resist the charm of cute pets.

She went out and showed the new visitor in. The new visitor was a shy little patient, holding a fat black and white spotted cat, and spoke to her timidly.

Tong Wanwan took the little patient and the fat cat into the pet clinic, put on a sterilized white coat, and performed a physical examination on the fat cat.

"Sister, why does my cat always cry?"

"The ciliary membrane is red and swollen, and there are signs of inflammation. The preliminary diagnosis is acute conjunctivitis... Here, use this eye treatment device on the cat."

Once there is a first, there will be a second. After the first customer left with gratitude, the second, third, and fourth people came to seek treatment with their pets.

On the first day of official business, the "Wanwan Pet Shop" had a good flow of people, and Tong Wanwan also earned a lot of star coins.

That night, she kept her promise and prepared a sumptuous meal for Elvis, Eli, and Tracy.

Before bed, Tong Wanwan habitually logged into her StarNet account to check out the comments on the official Twitter account. To her surprise, she discovered a number of lengthy reviews, all of which offered detailed and heartwarming introductions and recommendations.

Obviously, it was the customers who came to the store today who were silently supporting her and helping her promote her business.

The future is promising, she thought sweetly.

It seems I will have another good dream tonight.
