Chapter 70: Meeting Scene
On the weekend, after preparing breakfast for the pets and setting the cooking timer for the household appliances, Wanwan decided to go out.
This time, the little white lion did not stop her.
It's not that I don't want to go with her, but because——
Last night, Tong Wanwan and Elvis were chatting about their plans to go out with friends the next day. She also promised him that if she encountered any problems she couldn't solve, she would send him her location signal in advance. To reassure Mr. Marshal, she also sent him a screenshot of her emergency contacts. He was the only one on the list.
Only then did Elvis feel a little relieved.
The central area is nearby, and he has quite a few spies there...
It was the first time Tong Wanwan went out alone without Cancan, and she was still a little uncomfortable. She, Lili, and Davina had agreed to meet at the intersection of the commercial street in the central area.
When I arrived at the intersection in the hovercar, someone was already waiting: Lily, who looked almost identical to her character in "Town," had short, dark brown hair, neatly shaped eyebrows, and a unique and beautiful complexion, a darker tan. She looked even more heroic than in the game, dressed in a dark sweatshirt and trousers. She was tall and slender, outshining many of the boys on the street.
This is in stark contrast to her cute name "Lily".
Seeing Tong Wanwan get off the car, Lili's eyes lit up and she strode over, extending her hand to her as she walked.
Is this... a handshake?
Tong Wanwan blinked, a little confused: Is Lily such a polite person?
Unexpectedly, the next second, after her hand was held, her whole body was pulled over unexpectedly by a force, and she fell forward unconsciously into the other person's embrace.
The sweatshirt has a faint scent of alum flowers, which is cool and sweet.
Tong Wanwan: “!”
So... so enthusiastic.
This sudden scene caught the attention of many passersby, and some women couldn't help but smile, saying, "As expected."
"Good morning, Wanwan." After a brief hug, Lily released her hand. The cold, distant expression she'd worn while waiting was now replaced by a bright, cheerful smile.
"Lily, good morning." Tong Wanwan also responded with a sweet and soft greeting.
Davina lived a little further away, but she arrived quickly. Before the hovercar had even come to a complete stop, a voice floated out from the open window: "Wanwan! Lili! I'm here~"
The girl in the pleated gauze dress was very beautiful, several times more beautiful than the one Tong Wanwan saw in the game.
However… Davina's reaction when she saw her was even more exaggerated than her other companion's. Lily just hugged her, but Davina pounced directly on her, rubbing her fair face against her shoulder, like a little pet that would come over to her and act coquettishly the moment it saw her.
"Okay, Davina," Tong Wanwan said, not knowing whether to laugh or cry, as the blonde girl's curly hair tickled her neck. "It's so itchy."
Lily stood there for a while, and finally stretched out her hand to separate them. "That's enough, Davina. Where are we going next?"
"Well, let's go shopping first! I'll take you to that restaurant for a nice meal later!"
The three girls, one is very straightforward, one knows how to liven up the atmosphere, and the other is very patient and considerate. When they get together, they are happy no matter what they do.
Davina often visited this commercial street and took Tong Wanwan and Lili to visit many shops and bought a lot of things.
As evening approached, she brought Lili and Tong Wanwan to a secluded and spacious private restaurant. The decor was impeccable, each table intimate and comfortable, and the service was attentive and unpretentious. Even the most rude person would become involuntarily elegant in this restaurant.
"Davina," Lily asked with interest, "How did you find this restaurant?"
Davina was still using her laptop to place her order online. After listening, she suddenly raised her eyes and asked them to lean over to whisper. "I came here once with my mother. The food here is really delicious! However, it's a very low-key restaurant and has certain requirements for its customers."
Tong Wanwan: "What request?"
“You need to make an appointment a month in advance to come here.”
So impressive… Tong Wanwan logged into the optical computer and connected to the restaurant’s online menu. She found that there were many varieties of dishes on it, and the prices were relatively much higher than those in ordinary restaurants.
"So you made the reservation a month ago?" Lily raised an eyebrow. A month ago, they hadn't even met. Apparently, Davina had brought them here because she wanted to eat.
"Hey," Davina curled her hair and changed the subject a little embarrassedly. "And I heard that this private restaurant is actually a catering business under the Kylo family. Do you think we'll see Mr. T... Mr. Tracy?!"
At the end of her words, Davina suddenly raised her voice and stared at the people who appeared at the stairs with wide eyes.
Tong Wanwan was startled and looked over as well.
She knew the Kylo family, a very admired noble family. As for Tracy, she vaguely remembered that she was Kylo's heir?
The few people who came down from upstairs were all dressed in suits and looked very impressive.
However, the most eye-catching person was the long-haired young man standing in the middle.
He is very handsome.
This kind of handsomeness does not make people startled at first glance, but rather a brilliance like a warm and beautiful jade, elegant, restrained and unobtrusive.
Because they were quite far away, Tong Wanwan couldn't see his expression clearly. She only vaguely felt that his eyes behind the thin gold-rimmed glasses met her gaze and they intersected for a moment.
But... maybe it's just an illusion.
When I looked again, the young man with long light brown hair had turned his head and continued talking to the person next to him.
"Oh my god..." Davina muttered in surprise, her eyes twinkling with excitement. She couldn't help but want to stand up, but then sat back down, afraid of disturbing the long-haired young man and the people around him.
"Is that Mr. Tracy?" Noticing the two girls were looking in the same direction, Lily leaned over and saw the tall, slender man in a black suit, the most striking figure in the crowd. He was handsome and gentle, but not her type.
Davina nodded repeatedly, with a smile on her face that was so bright that the corners of her mouth seemed to be reaching the sky.
The men seemed to have just finished discussing something important in the private room. They didn't stay long before leaving through the side door. In the restaurant, Davina wasn't the only one who recognized Tracy. Everyone's eyes followed him closely until he disappeared through the doorway, and then they looked away with a hint of regret.
