Chapter 228: Xiao Chunwen (4)
Ming Yanxi, who was distractedly looking at her, suppressed his laughter and turned his head away.
Mingzhao squatted down, helped her up, patted her clothes, and said with a smile: "Xiaoying has just learned to walk steadily and can't do horse stance yet. In a few years, you can do horse stance with your brother."
As if she felt ashamed, she buried her head in her father's arms, twisted her body, and whimpered to herself for a while before she was willing to show her face.
Mingzhao also patted her on the back.
So cute, maybe Yaoyao was like this when she was a child.
The little girl walked over to her brother and squatted down, holding her face and looking at him: "Brother?"
"Yeah." Ming Yanxi responded to her while doing a standard horse stance.
"Brother~"
"exist."
"elder brother!"
"Here I am."
I don't know what he was thinking about, but the little guy curled his eyes, giggled to himself, and circled around him a few more times.
Because she was told not to touch her brother, she entertained herself for a while and then ran to hold Ming Zhaohuan's hand, "Looking for mother~"
"Mom is still sleeping. Good baby won't disturb mom's sleep, right?" Mingzhao even scratched her little nose with his finger.
The little guy thought for a while and agreed: "Yes!"
"I knew our Xiaoying was the best."
The little girl saw the swing and pulled her father over, "I want to sit~"
Mingzhao also carried her up, let her hold the swing rope, stood beside her to protect her, and gently pushed her to swing.
Unable to hold on any longer, Ming Yanxi rested for a while, rubbed his arms and legs, and did the acupuncture for the second time. After finishing the horse stance today, he ran to find Ming Zhaohuan.
"Daddy, I've finished my horse stance!"
Mingzhao wiped the sweat from his forehead and said, "Okay, go change your clothes and play with your sister for a while. I'll go see if your mother is awake."
"Okay!" Ming Yanxi ran towards his room after hearing that.
Mingzhao handed his daughter to Lanxing and went to the main house.
Shi Jianli had already woken up, and Chensha was doing her makeup after she had washed up.
Mingzhao leaned against the roller blind and watched for a while. After Chensha left, he walked over, bent down, hugged her, tilted his head, kissed her lips, and said with a smile, "It's beautiful, Yaoyao."
Shi Jianli leaned her head against his neck and asked, "When are we going to the theater?"
"I'll teach Xi'er to write for half an hour before leaving. I promised him."
"good."
Mingzhao even pulled her up and said, "Let's go and have breakfast."
After Shi Jianli went out, the little guy saw her and ran over to cling to her for a long time. He was not satisfied until he got a few kisses.
Shi Jianli put her on the chair and said, "Be good and sit down. Mother wants to have breakfast."
"Okay~" She put her hands on her knees, looked up at her mother and giggled, indicating that she would be good.
Shi Jianli turned around, cupped her son's face with both hands and rubbed it, "Xi'er, go sit down too."
"Okay, mother."
Mingzhao also took a small piece of not-so-sweet date cake and handed it to his daughter, "Eat it, or you'll drool."
After breakfast, Shi Jianli took her daughter for a stroll in the yard, while Ming Zhao took her son to the study, holding his hand and teaching him how to write big characters stroke by stroke.
When half an hour was up, he patted his son's head and said, "Take Xiaoying and go play with your brothers and sisters. Daddy and Mommy are going out for a while and will be back before dinner. Next time, I'll take you and Xiaoying out for an outing."
"Okay." Ming Yanxi's eyes curved, and he happily accepted the fact that his parents were going out without him.
After the big and the small walked out of Langgan Courtyard hand in hand, they asked Lanxing and Xianyue to follow and take care of them. Mingzhao and Shi Jianli then left the house.
Ming Yanxi was dragged around for a while and asked, "Who are you going to play with, sister?"
"elder sister!"
"Okay." Ming Yanxi took her to Lingyun Pavilion after hearing that.
The servants of Lingyun Pavilion saw the brother and sister, bowed to them, and Ming Yanxi nodded.
Three-year-old Ming Yansheng was squatting under the eaves, propping up his face in a daze. When he saw them coming, he ran over happily, "Brother, Xiaoying!"
"Third brother~" The little girl let go of her brother's hand and threw herself into his arms.
Ming Xiaosan kissed her little cheek and said, "I knew my sister liked me the most. She came to play with me so early!"
Ming Yanxi glanced at Ming Xiaosan. As the eldest brother, he decided not to argue with him about who his sister liked the most.
The little girl nudged him shyly with her little head, then looked up and asked, "Where's my sister?"
Ming Xiaosan puffed up his cheeks, "Great, Xiaoying, it turns out you like your sister more."
"Third brother, kiss~" She kissed him on the face cleverly.
Ming Xiaosan was no longer angry at once, and lovingly took her hand to find Ming Yuhan.
Ming Yuhan saw the little girl coming over, ran over and hugged her, and with some effort, he lifted her up, "Sister, are you coming to play with me?"
"Oh~" the little guy raised his head, "Sister, play~"
Ming Yanxi stared at them closely, a little worried that his two younger sisters would fall.
Ming Yuhan didn't carry Ming Yuying for long before he put her down on the couch and took out toys such as the Nine-Linked Rings, Luban Lock, and Tangram for her to play with.
"Xiaoying, are you thirsty? Do you want some water? Xiaoying, do you want some pastries?" Ming Yuhan touched her belly.
"Drink! Eat~"
Ming Yanxi said, "I can't eat cakes. I've already eaten them. Aunt Xianyue said that eating too much will cause indigestion."
"Okay." Ming Yuhan carefully poured a cup of warm water and fed it to Ming Yuying.
"Thank you, sister~"
Ming Yuhan lowered his head and kissed her forehead, "You're welcome~"
Ming Yanxi rubbed Ming Yansheng's head and asked, "Where are Second Uncle and Second Aunt?"
"Dad and Mom went to the garden and wouldn't let me go with them." Ming Yansheng replied, "I told my sister I wanted to go play with you guys, but she said she needed to change her clothes and asked me to wait for her."
"They're all here." Ming Zhouqing heard the children's laughter and noises in the house and knocked on the door three times. He put down Ming Xiaoqi and Ming Yanyi, who he had picked up on the way back. He also patted the head of Ming Xiaoer and Ming Yanyang, who were following him, and said, "Go play."
"Second Uncle!" Ming Yuying was playing with a jigsaw puzzle. When he heard Ming Zhouqing's voice, he looked up and called him.
Hearing this tender and crisp voice, Ming Zhouqing smiled and responded: "Well, little Ying is good."
Ming Xiaosan also looked up, "Daddy, where is my mother?"
"To your grandmother's."
Ming Yanxi also greeted Ming Zhouqing.
Ming Zhouqing touched the heads of everyone from the oldest to the youngest before leaving.
Ming Xiaoqi came to Ming Yuying's side and said, "Sister, I'll play with you."
The little guy nodded and generously pushed the toy in front of Brother Seven.
The three little ones put their heads together and talked to each other in a mumbling voice. Ming Yuhan poked Ming Xiaosan's head and then Ming Xiaoqi's head, asking them not to quarrel because of their different opinions on placing the tangram puzzle.
Ming Yanyang touched his sister's head, leaned close to Ming Yanxi, took the Luban lock and fiddled with it, and looked at Ming Yanxi eagerly when he didn't know how to do it.
Ming Yanxi was more steady in front of his younger brothers and sisters than in front of his parents. He carefully took apart the Luban lock for Ming Xiaoer and taught him how to put it back together. He turned around and saw Ming Xiaosan and Ming Xiaoqi arguing again, so he stroked their heads and argued for them.
The big brother has stepped in, and Ming Xiaosan and Ming Xiaoqi shook hands and made peace.
