Anning and Leiting were inspecting the bakery when many employees greeted Leiting. However, it was just a greeting. After Leiting shared his insights on the workplace with Anning, Anning developed a greater admiration for him. At lunchtime, Anning was a little hungry. Leiting had already arranged for someone to prepare lunch for him and Anning at home, and he was just waiting to take Anning home for a meal!
An Ning: "Lei Ting, what should I eat if I'm wearing this outfit?"
Thunder: "Perfect for eating nectar, peaches of immortality, and elixirs; a fairy has descended to earth..."
Anning: "Ugh! Stop being so cheeky. I'm really hungry."
Thunder: "I already invited your favorite chef, Hans, to have a barbecue in our yard. Let's go home."
Anning: "Hans... how did you know I like Chef Hans's teppanyaki? How did you manage to get him to come? It's so easy for him."
Lei Ting: "On the way here, you were so busy laughing that Liao Qian told me that he was invited to our school's anniversary celebration today. He happened to have time at noon and asked if I wanted to make a reservation, saying that you had praised him before. I made a reservation right away. An Ning only weighed 90 pounds, and Lei Ting easily picked her up, so whenever they were in a passionate moment, Lei Ting would carry An Ning. No matter where they were, Lei Ting's domineering nature always managed to envelop An Ning. Qingqing and Zhongjing watched Lei Ting carry An Ning away, nodded, and decided that from now on, they only needed to focus on their work.
The two returned home. In the yard, Hans's culinary team was busy at work, while Liao Qian and Allen were leisurely enjoying whiskey. Seeing Lei Ting arrive, Allen gave him a strange look, but Lei Ting avoided eye contact; the psychological trauma Jenny had inflicted on him that morning still lingered. Liao Qian handed him a glass of whiskey, which Lei Ting took a sip and found quite tasty. He looked at the bottle, but couldn't find it at home!
Thunder: "Where did you put this bottle of wine? I can't find it."
Liao Qian: "Come on, you drank my two most expensive bottles of wine, and I haven't even settled the score with you yet."
Allen: "What kind of expensive wine? Liao Qian, there are a few bottles of wine from my collection in the castle, they're all yours."
Thunder: "You really moved into his castle!"
Liao Qian: "Stop worrying about my business and mind your own business. By the way, Anning looks really beautiful today! This dress is the one you brought back from China."

Following the delicious aroma of the food, Anning chatted with Hans, the top chef from New Zealand, by the stove, sharing her insights on food. Hans and Anning always had endless topics to discuss, and both of them beamed with smiles. Anning held a whale-shaped white bone china plate in her hand, as Hans prepared delicious food for her. Anning admired Hans's ability to read people's expressions; every dish he made perfectly captured Anning's taste buds. The two, who shared the same interests, were having a very pleasant conversation.
Allen's gaze darted back and forth between Liao Qian and Lei Ting. With the sun protection Hans had brought, An Ning was shielded from some of the sunlight in Liao Qian's yard. An Ning wasn't coming over to sunbathe with Lei Ting yet, so Lei Ting cautiously spoke to Liao Qian.
Thunder: "Didn't you notice we woke up together? Your alcohol last night really worked."
Liao Qian: "Are you serious?! The An family will definitely not let you off the hook if they find out."
Lei Ting: "Don't make a fuss, we're husband and wife. What's the big deal? An Yang came this morning and left happily."
Liao Qian: "Alright, are you still planning to go to the school anniversary celebration tonight? Our classmates have already spread the word about your romantic escapades, be careful..."
Lei Ting: "I'll show them how much we love each other. I don't care what others say! It's true happiness to bravely pursue your own happiness. It's pathetic to live your whole life without ever getting ahead because of what others say."
Allen: "Oh, my Thunder, you explained it so well..."
Thunder: "Hey... come here for a second, come here for a second."
Liao Qian: "What are you doing! I'm drinking!"
Thunder: "Come here."
Liao Qian reluctantly walked to the side with Lei Ting. Lei Ting pulled him into a corner and glanced at Allen. Allen raised his glass and winked at him. Lei Ting found it extremely cheesy and asked Liao Qian a question.
Thunder: "Why do you take him everywhere you go?!"
Liao Qian: "What's wrong... what are you trying to say..."
Thunder: "Jenny... you know, the one who makes cakes, he stopped us this morning and said I was seducing him. I almost threw up my breakfast. Do I look gay?!"
