As night deepened, the dim yellow glow of red lanterns illuminated the long corridor of the old house.
Sheng Xuan held Ning Lang's hand and strode backward, his steps quick, as if afraid someone would catch up with him.
Ning Lang frowned slightly and gently shook off his hand.
