Chapter 328 What, do you think I'm a pirated system?

"Damn it, get out of my way!"

Lin Mo's roar exploded like thunder. In an instant, the surrounding indigo blue hue suddenly turned into a fiery orange-red, like a burning fire or the brilliance of the afterglow of the setting sun.

His earlier whispers now turned into a sharp scream, like a blade in a gale, slicing through the tranquil night sky.

Lin Mo's heart pounded wildly, like the beating of war drums, shaking every inch of his skin and nerves.

The hands and feet that had been tightly gripping him suddenly vanished without a trace, as if wiped away instantly by an invisible force. A surge of intense heat washed over his skin, like being burned by fire or like molten lava surging, causing him to shiver involuntarily.

The sudden burst of bright light made Lin Mo squint.

He stared intently and saw a terrifying monster soaring in the air, its wings spread like sharp blades in the darkness, mercilessly tearing at the dark heart and slicing the rotting flesh into countless pieces.

"This monster... is actually helping me?" Lin Mo was filled with surprise and confusion.

It turned out that the monster was attacking a group of bizarre humanoid creatures led by Ares. These creatures had always been a nightmare in Lin Mo's eyes, but now, this seemingly evil monster had become his savior.

Wake up! My creation won't last much longer.

This is their territory!

"It really is the system helping me!" Lin Mo was both surprised and delighted.

In an instant, the monster's head, conceived by the system, suddenly lunged forward, and flames burst forth from its mouth, dazzling and scorching.

Lin Mo heard the screams of those humanoid creatures burning in the flames. Their cries were no longer in human language, but were as thin as torn paper.

Their flesh shattered like fragile parchment in the flames, and their bones were as vulnerable as withered wood soaked in grease.

They danced and twirled in the flames, their bodies contorting and tumbling like dolls swallowed by the fire. They stumbled and staggered, raising their burning arms high, their fingers as bright as torches, tracing poignant lines in the darkness.

Lin Mo quickly stood up and walked through them.

They are as light as gas, merely empty shells that dissipate at the slightest touch.

Lin Mo walked to the door, and the entire house was engulfed in flames.

Enter through the large door on the left immediately!

The system continued to prompt.

Without hesitation, Lin Mo immediately passed through the flames and entered the gate on the left.

Outside the door was a long and dark passageway that snaked out in front of Lin Mo, the only source of light being the flickering orange flames behind him.

Leave this place!

Don't look back!

"You fucking bastard!" Lin Mo cursed. "You're the one who made me come here to be alone, and you're the one who made me run away!"

"What the hell are you doing?!" But he didn't say it out loud.

Then Lin Mo took a deep breath, his heart pounding in his chest. He took a step forward and sped through the passage like a cheetah, eagerly searching for an escape route.

He glanced left and right, hoping for a door to appear; any door might be his hope for escape. However, all he could see were cold stone walls, winding and stretching out like a merciless maze.

The ground beneath his feet seemed to be subtly changing, like surging waves, trying to trap him in this endless darkness.

Lin Mo clenched his fists, trying his best to steady himself and prevent fear from taking hold. He quickened his pace, moving forward with all his might!

Just as he was about to despair, a door suddenly appeared in front of him. It stood silently in the darkness, like a giant mouth, as if calling to him.

"There's always a way out!"

Passing through that ancient door, Lin Mo was suddenly plunged into the brilliant sunlight. The intense light was like a thousand sharp swords, stinging his eyes and making his steps unsteady.

Ares was gesticulating wildly, muttering incantations in a mysterious language that Lin Mo had never heard before. His feet were hopping alternately, as if performing some kind of mysterious ritual.

Lin Mo couldn't help but look back, and saw that smoke was slowly seeping out from the cracks in the stone walls and the black tile roof of the Dust Palace, swirling and rising.

"Damn, I guess we've escaped!" Lin Mo exclaimed.

Just as Lin Mo was about to leave, Ares's furious howl and curses rang out. He suddenly drew his short sword from his waist and pounced on Lin Mo like a raging beast.

A look of shock flashed in Lin Mo's eyes. "Such speed!" he thought to himself.

Fortunately, Lin Mo now possessed the strength of a martial general. He quickly drew his weapon from his waist and swung it into the air without hesitation, creating a swift and deadly sword flower.

The two swords clashed fiercely in mid-air, producing a deafening clang that seemed to freeze the surrounding air. The tips of the swords met, their forces colliding and vibrating so violently that the surrounding bones felt as if they were about to shatter.

Ares, created based on the Greek god of war, couldn't help but laugh when he saw Lin Mo's skills. "Not bad, you've got some skills. You're not a complete waste after all!"

But Lin Mo couldn't laugh at this moment.

The reason is quite simple: Ares's sword strike just now was completely unrestrained; he clearly intended to kill Lin Mo.

This means that God has obtained the desired attributes from Lin Mo!

This also indicates that, at this point, the hidden settings set by the gods for Ares no longer exist.

In the upcoming battle, Ares will go all out to take Lin Mo's life!

"I'm going to fight a mythical warrior!" Lin Mo frowned. "God, why is it so hard for me?"
