Chapter 1272 She in the Small Town

"Let's go!" Zhou Yiyang and Su Yin met downstairs of the company, and he very gentlemanly opened the car door for Su Yin.

However, Su Yin looked around first. After she was sure that no one was looking at her, she followed Zhou Yiyang into the room.

After seeing this scene, Zhou Yiyang couldn't help laughing out loud: "You've been completely trained by those paparazzi now! But why haven't I seen you do this before?"

"That's because before, it was just the four of us and you, Brother Yang, hanging out together," Su Yin said seriously, "but now it's different. Today, I'm alone. If someone suddenly took a picture of me and posted it online, I really wouldn't be able to explain it."

When Su Yin thought of this, she sighed a little uncomfortably. This is what it means to be afraid of what others say. Her life is really too difficult.

"You're right," Zhou Yiyang took out his phone and said seriously, "I think our company can actually expand. No, we might as well just move to a new building."

Su Yin, who was sitting in the back row, was stunned for a moment. She never expected that Zhou Yiyang would say such words after she complained about the paparazzi.

"Brother Yang, I don't really understand." Su Yin glanced at Zhou Yiyang and said seriously, "What does this have to do with you changing one?"

Zhou Yiyang smiled, but his chauffeur guessed it: "Mr. Zhou means that the new building can also have its own underground garage and a dedicated gate. That way, the paparazzi will be kept out."

"Yes, that's exactly what I meant." Zhou Yiyang smiled and patted the driver's shoulder: "I knew you could understand my thoughts."

Su Yin was dumbfounded. Is this how rich people act? However, when she looked back at the original five-story Yiyang Entertainment, she also felt that it was a bit shabby.

After all, Yi Yang Entertainment is now the number one entertainment company in China, and the originally magnificent building now looks much older.

If they could move to a new building, they would have more space for rehearsals.

Thinking of this, Su Yin immediately laughed.

"Brother Yang," Su Yin returned to the point: "What time does Yi Ling's flight arrive?"

"It should take another hour. By the time we get there, we'll be almost there." Zhou Yiyang added, "If there's no traffic jam."

After they drove onto the highway, Su Yin could see a new billboard every few blocks.

Not surprisingly, the products on that billboard were endorsed by the four of them.

"Do you think people will get tired of seeing us passing by here every day?" Su Yin asked seriously.

"It should be fine," Zhou Yiyang stretched. "Even if I'm going to be annoyed first, I should be annoyed by your songs."

The driver was very supportive of Zhou Yiyang: "Yeah, no matter what radio station it is, as long as they play music, nine out of ten times it will be your songs."

Su Yin exclaimed, then asked curiously, "After hearing this, do you feel annoyed?"

The driver paused, then immediately shook his head: "Of course not! Your songs are so beautiful! We love them so much!"

Zhang Yiling slowly opened her eyes after hearing the notice that the plane was about to land.

When she returned to China, her mood this time was obviously different from that during the Spring Festival.

Last time she was actually nervous and excited.

But this time was different. She was much calmer. Plus, she came here for work, so Zhang Yiling calmed down a lot. The question that kept flashing through her mind was actually where she should take the photo.

Thinking of this, Zhang Yiling couldn't help but open her bag and found the script she had printed out.

After Zhou Yiyang's revisions, Zhang Yiling actually found that this script was very different from her original version.

If she didn't look carefully, she might even think that this was a new story Zhou Yiyang had made up. But what made Zhang Yiling most happy was that Zhou Yiyang did not change the core of the story, and it was exactly the same as the story she wanted to shoot in the beginning.

It only took her more than ten minutes to finish reading the whole story, and then Zhang Yiling's imagination of the whole story appeared in her mind.

That should be a lonely and out-of-place girl. Zhang Yiling directly imagined Su Yin's face.

The location cannot be in a big city, as there will be less oppressive atmosphere and the overall dramatic conflict will be reduced.

If it is a small city, Zhang Yiling hopes it is a less developed area with a dialect that is completely different from Mandarin.

It is a common filming technique to use the language barrier to allow the audience to empathize with the protagonist and let them realize how out of place the heroine is with the entire environment.

So Zhang Yiling's answer was obvious: a remote, economically underdeveloped small town in the south.

When Su Yin stands there, if it can make the audience feel extremely uncomfortable, then it will be considered a success.

Thinking of this, Zhang Yiling clenched her fists excitedly.

Unfortunately, her idea was not finished yet, and the plane landed first.

Zhang Yiling stood up impatiently and quickly walked out of the airport.

Because of Su Yin's identity, it was impossible for them to meet at the airport entrance. If any sharp-eyed spectator saw them, the entire airport would probably gather around.

"Nanmu Coffee?" Zhang Yiling found the address where they were meeting based on the navigation.

In this coffee shop whose exterior looked like a tropical rainforest, Zhang Yiling saw the fully armed Su Yin and Zhou Yiyang at a glance.

She immediately walked towards Su Yin and cleared her throat: "Do you need a secret code?"

Su Yin reacted quickly and lowered her voice deliberately: "Odd changes, but even remains the same?"

“???” Zhang Yiling was a little confused. She spent most of her time abroad and really didn’t know what the next sentence would be.

Zhou Yiyang then spoke: "It's right that she doesn't know, sit down!"

Zhang Yiling chuckled and sat next to Su Yin very naturally.

The two girls were so enthusiastically clinging to each other that they left Zhou Yiyang on the opposite side aside.

However, Zhou Yiyang was already used to this, so he remained very calm.

"So, have you decided where to shoot the movie?" Zhou Yiyang asked. "I think this is very important. If the shooting location is right, the audience will be able to immerse themselves in the film from the first sight."

"Yeah," Zhang Yiling nodded and said with a smile, "I already have the answer in my mind."

Hearing Zhang Yiling say this, Zhou Yiyang immediately felt relieved. "Okay, then I won't worry anymore."
