"Yeah," Xueli continued, seemingly unable to read the other person's expression. "Xiao Kui just died like that. It's horrible. Dad, didn't you say you would help find the murderer?"
"Of course Dad remembers," Yang Rui grabbed the bottle of water that had remained untouched the entire time and took a sip. "But the police checked the surveillance footage and found that Xiaokui walked into the swimming pool on his own."
"Really?" Xueli said with some regret: "Could he have been instigated by someone? Why would Xiaokui commit suicide for no reason? There must be something wrong."
Yang Rui took a deep breath and finally stood up. He said in a very firm tone: "Don't worry about these things. Kids, don't meddle in adult affairs."

"Eat it."
The little boy said politely, "Thank you, Auntie."
Zijun pushed the lunch box in front of him and left without looking back.
The camera returns to Xueli again. After she opened the door, she looked at the fish tank, where a row of dead goldfish were floating.
"I let you guys get greedy, and you're really full."
Xueli chuckled and picked up a photo frame that contained a picture of her and a golden retriever. "Lele is still the best. She only listens to me."
