Chapter 23: I don't know where I came from, I don't know where I live



I walked in holding Ye Yao's hand and heard Li Min muttering in the back: "Her figure is worse than mine."

I smiled helplessly at Ye Yao, too embarrassed to say anything else.

Ye Yao and I sat at the bar. Zhou Yi came over and brought two glasses of watermelon juice. He said, "You haven't been here for a long time. What have you been doing?"

Ye Yao sighed, drank a sip of watermelon juice, and said, "Just study. I finally have a chance to relax for a while."

Zhou Yi said: "Okay, I still have to open a shop, there are many things to prepare, you guys chat."

Ye Yao nodded and watched Zhou Yi leave: "You should not get involved with her in the future! Otherwise, I will never let you off easily!"

I said depressedly: "I don't know why she said that."

Ye Yao rubbed my face with both hands and said, "Anyway, you remember it clearly! Did you hear me?"

"I heard it, don't worry."

Ye Yao picked up her bag and said, "I'm leaving now. I might ignore you for a while, but I'll reward you after the exam!"

After saying that, he kissed me and slowly walked out.

I looked at her back as she left and smiled sweetly.

Li Min came over, looked at me with a half-smile, and came close to me: "Is it necessary to smile like that?"

I frowned, remembering what Ye Yao had just said: "I have something to do in the back, so I won't chat with you any more. You better watch the front desk and make sure it's not moved away by others."

Li Min chuckled and looked at me with a playful look: "Even if you are moved away, the front desk will not do it."

After hearing what she said, I ignored her and walked straight to the storage room behind the bar, thinking to myself: I was busy for most of the night and didn’t sleep well. I have to go there to catch up on some sleep.
